【摘要】:高速公路行车安全受诸多因素影响,其中冰、冻雨和雪等恶劣气象灾害对高速公路行车安全和高效运行的影响尤为严重。有鉴于此,本文针对这些气象灾害对高速公路行车安全的不利影响,提出了一种基于热辐射传导机理的路面凝冰短时预测算法,并围绕该算法开发了高速公路路面凝冰预警系统。同时,对高速公路路面凝冰条件下的交通流调度策略进行了深入研究,提供了气象监测、凝冰预警、交通流调度等一系列智能化服务。对于快速应对冰、雪和冻雨等恶劣气象灾害以及保障我国高速公路安全运营具有重要意义。本文的主要研究工作包括:(1)通过分析路面凝冰的影响因素,结合热辐射传导的工作机理,提出了路面凝冰短时预测算法。并以有限状态自动机理论为依托,准确划分系统的运行状态,建立了凝冰预警有限状态机模型。(2)基于Java EE技术,详细的设计与实现了系统软件平台。最后对该系统进行了系统测试。结果表明,该系统在功能、性能以及凝冰预警准确性方面都能满足预期要求。(3)在高速公路路面凝冰预警系统的基础上,研究了路面凝冰条件下交通联动管制方案和交通流调度策略,结合路面凝冰预警系统部署的现场试验,对调度策略的应用进行了详细分析,为系统改进和后期推广应用提供了技术保障。
[Abstract]:Highway driving safety is affected by many factors, such as ice, freezing rain and snow and other adverse weather disasters on the highway driving safety and efficient operation of the impact is particularly serious. In view of the adverse effects of these meteorological disasters on highway traffic safety, this paper presents a short-time prediction algorithm based on the heat radiation conduction mechanism. At the same time, the traffic flow scheduling strategy under the condition of freeway pavement icing is deeply studied, which provides meteorological monitoring and ice coagulation early warning. Traffic flow scheduling and a series of intelligent services. For quick response to ice. Severe meteorological disasters such as snow and freezing rain and ensuring the safe operation of freeway in China are of great significance. The main research work in this paper includes the analysis of the influence factors of road icing. Combined with the working mechanism of thermal radiation conduction, a short-term prediction algorithm for road icing is proposed. Based on the theory of finite state automata, the running state of the system is accurately divided. Based on Java EE technology, the system software platform is designed and implemented in detail. Finally, the system is tested. The system can meet the expected requirements in function, performance and accuracy of icing warning.) on the basis of freeway pavement ice early warning system. The traffic linkage control scheme and traffic flow scheduling strategy under the condition of road icing are studied. The application of the dispatching strategy is analyzed in detail in combination with the field test of the deployment of the pavement ice coagulation early warning system. It provides technical support for system improvement and later application.
