除尘管道内的火花探测与报警系统研究

【摘要】:除尘器中的粉尘爆炸防护一直是国内外粉尘防爆领域重点研究的对象之一。引起除尘器中火灾和爆炸的因素有很多,其中一个很重要的因素就是由于火花通过除尘管道进入除尘器中,若不进行探测就可能会下被粉尘覆盖,在密闭的除尘器中很容易满足粉尘爆炸的条件从而引发火灾甚至爆炸。因此,设计针对除尘管道的火花探测与报警系统,在火灾的初期将火花熄灭是当前工业领域需要迫切解决的实际问题。本课题针对除尘管道的特点,深入研究国外各种火花传感器,设计了一套完整的火花探测与报警系统。本课题首先建立起了管道内火花探测的数学模型,用MATLAB分析量化了影响火花探测辐照度的各种因素。完成了基于PIN硅光电二极管的放大电路设计,实现了光电转换和电压脉冲转换为核心思想的传感器设计。设计了基于TMS320F2812的下位机系统控制电路,可以将传感器信号进行有效采集和处理,在检测到有效的火花时可以进行声光报警。设计实现了下位机与上位机进行通信的接口电路并为后续的熄灭系统开发预留了接口电路。在CCS3.3下开发完成了传感器信号的采集处理程序。完成了基于Modbus的TMS320F2812与MCGS触摸屏驱动程序开发,可以有效实现触摸屏发送帧的接收、解析和应答。设计了基于MCGS嵌入版触摸屏的上位机软件系统,可以实现与下位机DSP系统的实时通信。通过对触摸屏的操作可以实时监控下位机的报警信息和系统信息。具有不同的管理权限可以实现分权限火花探测与报警系统操作。设计了模拟除尘管道火花产生和运动的实验平台,可基于此平台进行了火花探测与报警系统的实验验证。
[Abstract]:Dust explosion protection in dust precipitator has been one of the important research objects in the field of dust explosion protection at home and abroad. There are many factors that cause fire and explosion in dust collector. One of the most important factors is the fact that sparks enter the dust collector through the dust removal pipe and can be covered by dust if not detected. It is very easy to meet the condition of dust explosion in a closed dust collector, which can lead to fire or even explosion. Therefore, a spark detection and alarm system is designed for the dust collection pipeline. Extinguishing sparks in the early stage of fire is a practical problem that needs to be solved urgently in the field of industry at present. In view of the characteristics of dust removal pipeline, this paper deeply studies all kinds of spark sensors in foreign countries. A complete spark detection and alarm system is designed. Firstly, the mathematical model of the pipeline spark detection is established. The various factors affecting the irradiance of spark detection are quantified by MATLAB analysis, and the amplifier circuit based on PIN silicon photodiode is designed. The sensor design of photoelectric conversion and voltage pulse conversion is realized, and the control circuit of lower computer system based on TMS320F2812 is designed. The sensor signal can be collected and processed effectively. Acousto-optic alarm can be used when detecting effective spark. The interface circuit of communication between lower computer and upper computer is designed and realized, and the interface circuit is reserved for the subsequent development of extinguishing system. The interface circuit is developed under CCS3.3. It is the acquisition and processing program of sensor signal, and the development of TMS320F2812 and MCGS touch screen driver based on Modbus is completed. It can effectively realize the receiving, parsing and answering of the sending frame of the touch screen. The software system of the host computer based on the MCGS embedded touch screen is designed. Through the operation of touch screen, the alarm information and system information of the lower computer can be monitored in real time. Operation of alarm system. An experimental platform is designed to simulate the generation and movement of dust removal pipeline spark. The experimental verification of spark detection and alarm system based on this platform is carried out.
