干冰为冷源的含瓦斯型煤低温冷冻试验

【摘要】:为了探索干冰作为煤层井下低温冷冻取样方法制冷剂的可行性和掌握冷冻取样过程煤的温度变化规律,以型煤为研究对象,使用自主设计的模拟测试装置,分别开展了不同瓦斯压力条件下干冰直接冷冻、干冰加不同量乙醇助冷(干冰-乙醇)冷冻型煤的低温冷冻试验。试验结果表明:干冰可以用作冷冻取样方法的制冷剂,干冰直接冷冻和干冰-乙醇冷冻均对型煤有较好的冷冻效果,干冰-乙醇冷冻在初期降温阶段的冷冻效果略优;甲烷吸附平衡压力越大,煤芯冷冻降温速度越快、煤芯温度达到的最低温度越低,结果在某种程度上说明了煤层原始瓦斯压力越高,采用低温冷冻取样方法效果越好。研究结果可为煤层瓦斯含量测定低温冷冻取芯装置的开发提供参考。
[Abstract]:In order to explore the feasibility of dry ice as a refrigerant for cryopreservation sampling in coal seam and to master the law of coal temperature change in freezing sampling process, briquette was taken as the research object and a self-designed simulation test device was used. Direct freezing of dry ice under different gas pressure conditions was carried out respectively. The cryopreservation experiment of freezing briquette with different amount of ethanol (dry ice ethanol). The results show that dry ice can be used as refrigerant of freezing sampling method. The direct freezing of dry ice and the freezing of dry ice with ethanol had better freezing effect on briquette, and the freezing effect of dry ice and ethanol was better in the initial cooling stage. The higher the equilibrium pressure of methane adsorption, the faster the cooling rate of coal core, the lower the minimum temperature of coal core temperature, the higher the original gas pressure of coal seam is. The results of the study can provide a reference for the development of a cryogenic coring device for the determination of coal seam gas content.
