以感性工学为手段的矿用避难舱的外观设计研究

【摘要】:在发生矿难的时候,能否顺利进入避难舱进行避难是矿工面临的最主要考验,也可以说,避难舱的安全门也是遇难矿工的生死门。良好的设计,,能够以最有效的方式引导遇难矿工找到避难舱并顺利开启安全门进入其舱体内进行避难。 在矿难发生时,矿工们几乎失去理智,所有的行为活动多依赖于直觉和习惯,所以,在这种特殊的使用环境,避难舱应该重点研究人们感性、本能的一面。以感性工程学为手段的矿用避难舱的外观设计研究,是以眼动仪实验法为主,通过对被测试者瞳孔的定位从而获得被测试者视线的轨迹,进而获得被测试者对设定兴趣区的注视时间、首次注视时间、瞳孔平均面积等数据,通过对这些数据的分析可以对方案进行客观有效的评价,同时,为了避免眼动仪实验法的局限性,以SD语义差分法为辅助,两种方法灵活运用,从而获得更加科学有效的理论参数和依据。从理论意义上来讲,以感性工程学为手段进行矿用避难舱的外观设计研究,能够使不可量化,不可分析、不可测定的感知过程通过感性工程学的研究技术得到量化,可分析的,可测定的参数及规律;从实际意义上来讲,以感性工程学为手段进行矿用避难舱的外观设计研究,能够根据实验分析得出的结论设计出一款在矿难发生后环境复杂的情况下,具有较高识别度,引导避难矿工进入其舱内进行避难待营的科学、高效、安全性高的矿用避难舱,从而为营救获得宝贵时间,挽救更多的生命。 本文的创新点在于突破了人机工学研究的人-机器-环境的物理交互的局限性,而是在以感性工学为手段研究下,研究人-机-环境之间的感性的认知交互,使设计结论更加科学化、人性化。
[Abstract]:In the event of a mine disaster, it is the most important test for the miners to smoothly enter the shelter and take refuge. It can also be said that the safe door of the shelter is also the door to the life and death of the dead miner. It is well designed. In the most effective way to guide the miners to find shelter and smoothly open the safe door into their cabin for refuge. At the time of the mine accident, the miners almost lost their mind, and all their behavior depended on intuition and habits. Therefore, in this particular environment of use, the shelter should focus on people's sensibility. Instinctive side. The exterior design study of mine shelter by means of perceptual engineering is based on the eye movement instrument experiment, through the location of the pupil of the tested person to obtain the track of the subject's line of sight. Then the subjects' fixation time, the first fixation time, the average pupil area and other data were obtained. Through the analysis of these data, the project can be evaluated objectively and effectively, at the same time, In order to avoid the limitation of the experimental method of eye movement instrument, the two methods are used flexibly to obtain more scientific and effective theoretical parameters and basis with the aid of SD semantic difference method. The research on the exterior design of mine shelter by means of perceptual engineering can make the process of perception that is not quantifiable, non-analytical, and non-measurable can be quantified and analyzed through the research technology of perceptual engineering. The parameters and laws that can be measured; in practical sense, the study on the exterior design of the mine shelter by means of perceptual engineering can design a complex environment after the mine accident according to the conclusion of the experimental analysis. It has a high degree of recognition, and the science of guiding the miners into their cabin to take refuge in the camp, which is highly efficient and safe, thus obtaining valuable time for rescue and saving more lives. The innovation of this paper is to break through the limitations of the human-machine-environment physical interaction in the ergonomics research, but to study the perceptual cognitive interaction between the human-machine-environment and the human-machine-environment under the means of perceptual engineering. Make the design conclusion more scientific and humanized.
