碾子沟煤矿副斜井老空水突水预测及注浆治理技术

【摘要】:碾子沟煤矿副斜井工业广场存在采空区,经突水评价,副斜井井筒两侧采空区存在老空水突水危险。为保障井筒安全,根据斜井保护煤柱宽度确定了井下注浆治理范围,治理工程共施工钻孔102个,注入浆液2 760 m~3。注浆施工结束后,斜井涌水量从63 m~3/h降低到4.2 m~3/h,取得了良好的堵水效果。
[Abstract]:There is goaf in the industrial square of auxiliary inclined shaft in Yanzigou Coal Mine. Through water inrush evaluation, there is a danger of water inrush in the goaf on both sides of the shaft of the auxiliary inclined shaft. In order to ensure the safety of the shaft, the grouting treatment range is determined according to the width of the coal pillar protected by the inclined shaft. In the treatment project, 102 boreholes were drilled and 2 760 mm3 of grouting was injected. After grouting, the inflow of water in inclined wells decreased from 63 mm3 / h to 4.2 mm3 / h, and good water shutoff effect was obtained.
