高大空间模板支撑体系安全管理研究

【摘要】:伴随着中国城镇化的持续发展,人们对居住水平的追求日益高涨,大跨高耸混凝土建筑出现在城市每一个角落。普通模板支撑和施工安全管理已经不能满足这些特殊的混凝土结构的施工要求,需要高大模板支撑技术来指导施工。但是,目前我国高大模板安全管理存在较大的问题,施工、监理单位职业素养普遍较低,同时缺乏高大模板施工安全管理实施对策和领先的模板施工技术,一直以来都是以传统的“经验型”事后管理作为施工现场的主要安全管理方法,很难有效地对高大模板支撑体系安全问题进行预控,从而导致支撑体系失稳事故频发。所以对高大模板支撑体系安全管理进行探索,有着十分重要的现实价值。 国内外研究学者就高大模板支撑安全管理进行了探索,并取得了一定的成果。但是,关于高大模板支撑体系安全问题研究不够全面和彻底。本文对国内外专家学者的研究成果进行分析综合后,围绕高大模板支撑体系安全管理这一主题,转换研究角度,,深度剖析了近十年失稳事故案例,对存在的不安全因素、高大模板支撑安全管理体系的建立以及运用PDCA循环模型等方面的内容进行了全面深度的研究。 本论文主要工作及创新如下: (一)归纳总结了专家学者关于高大模板支撑体系不同方向的研究内容及成果,提出了研究的不足之处,即没有全面的发掘该体系存在的问题。 (二)运用实例分析方法,深入剖析近十年高大模板支撑体系失稳坍塌案例的相关原因,对该体系失稳机理做了相关研究,全面总结了失稳事故的不安全因素,即材料因素、高支模方案设计因素、现场搭设因素、施工人员培训因素以及监督管理因素;具体的阐述了五个大问题中所包含的引起事故发生的小问题,并且提出了具体的解决对策。 (三)针对五个方面的问题,提出建立一套高大模板支撑安全管理体系,并且制定了该体系的工作流程、相关制度以及激励机制。该体系具体有效的解决了高大模板施工中出现的不安全问题。 (四)引入PDCA循环模型,将其运用到管理体系中,结合高大模板施工的问题以及施工特点,在安全管理体系的作用下,持续改进材料问题、高支模方案设计问题、现场搭设问题、安全教育问题以及监督管理问题。 (五)把安全管理体系和PDCA循环模式运用在高大模板施工实例工程中,对该工程出现的实际问题制定相应对策,并逐一进行解决,最后保证了该工程相关人员的安全。
[Abstract]:With the sustainable development of urbanization in China, people's pursuit of living level is rising day by day. Large span high-rise concrete buildings appear in every corner of the city. Ordinary formwork support and construction safety management can no longer meet the construction requirements of these special concrete structures. At present, there are some problems in the safety management of tall formwork in our country. The professional literacy of the construction and supervision units is generally low, and at the same time, there is a lack of implementing countermeasures and leading formwork construction techniques for the safety management of tall formwork construction in our country. The traditional "experiential" post management is always regarded as the main safety management method in construction site. It is very difficult to effectively control the safety problems of high formwork support system. Therefore, it is of great practical value to explore the safety management of large formwork support system. Researchers at home and abroad have explored the safety management of tall formwork support, and have achieved some results. The research on the safety of tall formwork support system is not comprehensive and thorough. After analyzing and synthesizing the research results of experts and scholars at home and abroad, this paper changes the research angle around the theme of safety management of tall formwork support system. In this paper, the case of instability accident in recent ten years is analyzed in depth. The unsafe factors, the establishment of safety management system of tall formwork support and the application of PDCA cycle model are studied in depth. The main work and innovation of this thesis are as follows:. (1) the research contents and achievements of experts and scholars on the different directions of tall formwork support system are summarized, and the deficiencies of the research are put forward, that is, the problems existing in the system are not fully explored. (2) by using the method of case analysis, the causes of instability collapse of large formwork bracing system in recent ten years are deeply analyzed, the mechanism of instability of this system is studied, and the unsafe factor of instability accident, that is, material factor, is summed up comprehensively. The design factors of high support formwork, site erection, training of construction personnel and supervision and management factors are discussed in detail, and the minor problems caused by accidents in five major problems are elaborated, and the concrete countermeasures are put forward. (3) aiming at the five problems, the paper puts forward a set of high formwork supporting safety management system, and formulates the work flow of this system. Related system and incentive mechanism. This system effectively solves the unsafe problem in the construction of tall formwork. (4) introduce PDCA cycle model, apply it to management system, combine the problem of tall formwork construction and construction characteristic, under the action of safety management system, continuously improve material problem and design problem of high support formwork scheme. Set up problems on site, safety education and supervision and management. (5) the safety management system and PDCA circulation mode are applied in the example project of tall formwork construction, and the corresponding countermeasures are worked out to solve the practical problems in the project. Finally, the safety of the relevant personnel in the project is ensured.
