非金属管材静电火花引燃瓦斯影响因素的试验研究

【摘要】:为了开展煤矿用非金属材料抗静电性能直接法检测技术研究,建立一套静电火花试验系统,重点地研究分析典型环境因素(温湿度、瓦斯浓度、球形间隙)条件下静电火花引燃瓦斯气体(即甲烷-空气混合气体)所需的静电电压变化规律。结果表明:引燃瓦斯气体所需静电电压随着温度的升高而持续降低;随着湿度增加而增加。得出了此试验系统引燃瓦斯的敏感间隙在1.5~2 mm之间和敏感甲烷浓度为9.5%~10%,验证了试验系统的可靠性。
[Abstract]:In order to study the direct testing technology of antistatic property of nonmetallic materials used in coal mines, a set of electrostatic spark test system was established, and the typical environmental factors (temperature and humidity, gas concentration, gas concentration) were studied and analyzed emphatically. Under the condition of spherical gap), the change rule of electrostatic voltage required to ignite gas gas by electrostatic spark (that is, methane air mixture gas). The results show that the electrostatic voltage required for gas gas ignition decreases continuously with the increase of temperature. With the increase of humidity, the sensitive gap of ignition gas and the concentration of sensitive methane in this test system are found to be between 1.5 and 2 mm, respectively, and the sensitivity methane concentration is 9.510, which verifies the reliability of the test system.
