雾对高速公路行车的影响及对策研究

【摘要】:随着我国公路事业的不断发展,高速公路在客货运交通中的优势地位日渐突出,但因雨雾等恶劣天气引发的高速公路交通事故也在不断增加。据统计,我国因雾引发的交通事故占高速公路交通事故总量的15%~25%。大雾灾害不仅成为影响高速公路交通安全的公害、大害,而且成为影响公众出行和社会秩序的重要制约因素。本文在2013年云南省交通运输厅重大科技攻关项目-《特定高原气候与复杂道路条件耦合作用下高速公路行车危险路段安全保障技术研究》资助下,从高速公路雾的致灾机理、高速公路雾区的交通事故类型及特征分析、雾区高速公路安全行车控制技术、高速公路雾的监测识别及预警发布技术等方面开展雾对高速公路行车的影响及对策研究。 本文主要针对高速公路大雾频发路段,在充分借鉴国内外相关研究的基础上,对高速公路雾的特点、雾的致灾机理、雾的量化分级、以及高速公路雾区的事故类型和事故特征进行了详细的分析研究。在此基础上,本文以能见度和交通流量指标为主要控制指标,建立了多雾路段的安全控速方法,并对雾区高速公路限速具体实施方法进行相应的分析研究。同时,本文对雾区监测设备进行了相应的选型分析,建立了多雾路段气象信息监控系统和低能见度条件下交通诱导系统,,通过可变信息情报板、可变限速标志、视线诱导、无线广播等多源方式发布可能的车速控制和有效的交通组织方式等技术措施,实现多雾路段警情信息和诱导措施的联动发布。
[Abstract]:With the continuous development of highway industry in our country, the superiority of expressway in passenger and freight transportation is becoming more and more prominent, but the traffic accidents caused by severe weather such as rain and fog are also increasing. According to statistics, The traffic accidents caused by fog in China account for 15% or 25% of the total number of highway traffic accidents. The fog disaster not only becomes a public hazard, but also a great harm to the highway traffic safety. In 2013, the major scientific and technological research project of Yunnan Provincial Transportation Department-< under the coupling of specific plateau climate and complex road conditions, the expressway driving danger'is also becoming an important restriction factor for public travel and social order. Study on Safety and Security Technology of dangerous sections of roads. According to the mechanism of highway fog, the types and characteristics of traffic accidents in the fog area of expressway, the safe driving control technology of expressway in fog area, The influence of fog on freeway driving and its countermeasures are studied in the aspects of monitoring and identification of expressway fog and the technology of warning and issuing. In this paper, the characteristics of fog, the mechanism of fog disaster, the quantitative classification of fog are discussed based on the study of heavy fog in expressway, based on the reference of related research at home and abroad. On the basis of the detailed analysis and study of the accident types and accident characteristics in the fog area of expressway, this paper takes the visibility and traffic flow index as the main control index, and establishes the safety speed control method of the multi-fog section. At the same time, this paper makes a corresponding analysis and analysis on the type selection of the monitoring equipment in the fog zone, and makes a corresponding analysis on the specific implementation method of the speed limit of the expressway in the fog zone. The meteorological information monitoring system of multi-fog section and the traffic guidance system under the condition of low visibility are established. The system is guided by variable information information board, variable speed limit sign and line of sight. Multiple sources, such as radio broadcasting, publish possible speed control and effective traffic organization, and realize the linkage release of police information and guidance measures in multi-fog road sections.
