沙曲二矿南三采区底板巷抽放瓦斯消突技术的研究

【摘要】:针对沙曲二矿南三采区煤层赋存的特点(高瓦斯、低透气性、煤与瓦斯突出危险性),且3#、4#煤层在南三采区东部煤层间距较小,设计3+4#部分地段合并开采,基本不具备开采保护层的条件,因此根据《防治煤与瓦斯突出规定》相关条例,决定在沙曲二矿南三采区应用区域防突措施——预抽煤层瓦斯。南三采区3+4#煤层和5#煤层没有邻近巷道施工顺层长钻孔的条件,且考虑采面下邻近层卸压抽采需要,因此南三采区需采用煤层底板穿层钻孔抽采瓦斯的区域防突措施。论文介绍了底抽巷穿层钻孔预抽煤层瓦斯的区域防突措施在沙曲二矿南三采区的工程实践,并主要对该措施的防突效果和应用效果进行了考察。综合钻孔围岩应力分布、抽采瓦斯流量两种理论计算方法与COMSOL数值模拟研究,结合抽采时间,确定沙曲二矿南三采区煤层瓦斯抽采有效半径为2.5m;结合抽采时间,综合钻孔围岩应力分布、抽采瓦斯流量两种理论计算方法得出的瓦斯抽采有效半径、穿层钻孔抽采瓦斯钻孔间距的理论计算与COMSOL数值模拟研究,确定抽采瓦斯钻孔合理间距为5.0m,此时钻孔连线中点处煤层瓦斯压力降低至0.58MPa,小于0.74MPa。通过现场测试残余瓦斯含量和理论计算残余瓦斯压力相结合的方法进行区域预抽效果检验,结果表明煤层的原始瓦斯含量下降了56.7%,原始瓦斯压力下降了61%,两者都已达标。通过测定钻屑瓦斯解吸指标K1和钻屑量S值,进行区域消突效果验证,两者均达标,证明底抽巷穿层钻孔预抽煤层瓦斯消突技术的有效性。
[Abstract]:In view of the characteristics of coal seam occurrence (high gas, low permeability, danger of coal and gas outburst, and the distance between coal seam and gas outburst in the eastern coal seam of No.3 mining area of Shaqu No. 2 Mine), the coal seam of No. 3 coal seam in Shaqu No. 2 Mine is combined with the design of three parts of coal mining area. Basically do not have the condition of mining protective layer, so according to the regulations on preventing Coal and Gas outburst, It is decided to apply regional anti-outburst measure, pre-drainage of coal seam gas, in No.3 mining area of Shaqu No.2 Mine. There is no condition of longwall drilling in adjacent roadway construction in the third mining area of South No.3 Mining area, and considering the need of pressure relief and extraction of adjacent strata under mining face, Therefore, the regional gas outburst prevention measures should be adopted in the third mining area of the south coal seam. The paper introduces the engineering practice of the regional gas prevention measures in the south third mining area of Shaqu No.2 Coal Mine, which is the pre-drainage of coal seam gas by drilling through the bottom roadway in Shaqu No. 2 Coal Mine. The paper mainly studies the anti-outburst effect and application effect of this measure, synthesizes the stress distribution of surrounding rock, two theoretical calculation methods of drainage gas flow and COMSOL numerical simulation, combined with extraction time, It is determined that the effective radius of coal seam gas drainage is 2.5 m in the south third mining area of Shaqu No. 2 Mine, and the effective radius of gas extraction is obtained by combining the extraction time, the stress distribution of surrounding rock of borehole and the two theoretical calculation methods of gas drainage flow. Theoretical calculation and COMSOL numerical Simulation of the interval between Gas drainage boreholes in perforating Stratum, It is determined that the reasonable spacing of gas drainage boreholes is 5.0 m.The gas pressure in coal seam at the middle point of the borehole line is reduced to 0.58 MPA and less than 0.74 MPA. The regional pre-drainage effect is tested by combining the field test of residual gas content with the theoretical calculation of residual gas pressure. The results show that the original gas content of coal seam has decreased by 56.7%, the original gas pressure has decreased by 61%, and both of them have reached the standard. By measuring the desorption index K1 of drilling debris gas and S value of drilling debris quantity, the regional anti-outburst effect is verified, and both of them reach the standard. It is proved that the technology of gas outburst suppression in coal seam is effective.
