新型安全壳内热工水力行为模拟

【摘要】:安全壳作为反应堆安全和包容放射性物质的最后一道屏障,其完整性对于核电站及环境安全来说至关重要。而诸如大破口失水事故等冷却剂丧失事故可能会威胁到安全壳的完整性。因此,研究安全壳内可能发生的各种设计基准事故,模拟所释放的质量能量在壳内的行为变化,,计算安全壳内温度压力等参数随质能不断释放而随时间的变化情况尤其必要。 本文采用集总参数法,通过自主编制程序计算假想基准事故下安全壳内工质参数随时间的变化规律,程序的编制过程包括物理模型的建立、数值求解方案的确定、程序的调试以及编写输入卡利用melcor程序对计算程序进行可靠性验证,验证的结果证明自编制程序对于安全壳内工质的行为模拟是可靠的。随后分析了事故中可能产生的氢气对于计算的影响、模拟了发生冷却剂管道冷段双端断裂大破口失水事故、主蒸汽管道双端断裂事故时安全壳内工质的行为变化等。 将自编制程序与安全壳非能动冷却系统(PCCS)程序进行耦合,验证开式非能动冷却系统能够有效排出事故下壳内热量,降低事故后壳内压力,维持安全壳完整性。计算并分析了不同初始条件下,PCCS与安全壳之间的换热所受到的影响,以及安全壳内工质的行为变化。
[Abstract]:Safety shell as the final barrier to reactor safety and containment of radioactive material, its integrity is essential for the nuclear power plant and environmental safety. Such as loca and loss of coolant accident may be a threat to the integrity of the containment. Therefore, various design basis accident may occur on the containment of the behavior, the quality of energy the simulation of the release in the shell of the change, calculating the containment parameters such as temperature and pressure with the matter can continue to release and change with time are particularly necessary.
In this paper, using the lumped parameter method for computing through independent variation in containment of imaginary working fluid parameters with time base accident, establish procedures for the preparation process including the physical model, determine the numerical scheme, debugging program and write the input card to verify the reliability of the calculation program using the program MELCOR, verify the results since the proof of program for refrigerant containment behavior simulation is reliable. Then analyzes the possible accident of hydrogen for the calculation of the effect, simulated the coolant pipe cooling section doubletalk break loca, main steam pipe double end rupture accident of refrigerant containment and behavior change.
Since the program and the passive containment cooling system (PCCS) program for coupling, verify open passive cooling system can effectively discharge heat shell accident, reduce the pressure in the shell after the accident, to maintain the integrity of the containment. Calculated and analyzed under different initial conditions, the influence of heat transfer between PCCS and security. The shell, and the refrigerant inside the containment of behavioral changes.
