基于AHP-FCE的金属矿山通风系统可靠性评价研究

【摘要】:矿井通风系统是矿井生产系统的重要组成部分,为矿井的安全生产提供了保障,矿井通风系统的优劣直接关系到井下工作人员生命财产的安全。合理的矿井通风系统可以提高矿井防灾抗害的能力,因此,研究矿井通风系统可靠性评价非常重要。 矿井通风系统是一个复杂、不稳定、开放的动态系统。在对前人研究成果进行总结分析的基础上,根据矿井通风系统可靠性的基本特征,建立了可靠性分析模型,并且对影响系统可靠性的不同因素进行了详细分析。在对矿井通风系统可靠性分析的基础上,把金属矿山通风系统作为研究对象,建立了可靠性评价指标体系。以“金属矿山通风系统可靠性”为总目标层,以通风系统环境、通风设施状况、通风安全管理、通风防救灾系统和职工素质五个方面为准则层,再细分选取24个指标为指标层即方案层。采用层次分析法(AHP)确定了指标体系中各个指标的权重,利用模糊综合评价法(FCE)对系统进行了可靠性评价,并对评价结果进行了可靠性等级的确定。基于Visual Basic,编写了矿井通风系统可靠性评价程序。将研究成果应用到广东省连平县锯板坑钨矿通风系统的可靠性评价中,得出可靠性评价结果,锯板坑钨矿通风系统可靠性为一般,,使研究成果在实际中得到检验。 基于层次分析法和模糊综合评价法对矿井通风系统进行可靠性评价,可以得出通风系统客观的评价结果,为完善通风系统提供技术支持。通风系统可靠性评价的研究可以促进矿井通风的科学管理,为矿井管理者决策提供参考依据,在矿井的安全生产中发挥积极的作用。
[Abstract]:The mine ventilation system is an important part of the mine production system, which provides a guarantee for the safe production of the mine. The quality of mine ventilation system is directly related to the safety of life and property of underground workers. A reasonable mine ventilation system can improve the ability of mine disaster prevention and protection, so it is very important to study the reliability evaluation of mine ventilation system. Mine ventilation system is a complex, unstable and open dynamic system. On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the previous research results, the reliability analysis model is established according to the basic characteristics of mine ventilation system reliability. On the basis of the reliability analysis of mine ventilation system, the metal mine ventilation system is regarded as the research object. The reliability evaluation index system is established, which takes "reliability of ventilation system in metal mines" as the general target layer, and five aspects of ventilation system environment, ventilation facility condition, ventilation safety management, ventilation disaster relief system and staff quality as the criterion layer. Then 24 indexes are selected as the index layer, which is the program layer. The weight of each index in the index system is determined by the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and the reliability of the system is evaluated by the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method (FCEE). Based on Visual basic, the reliability evaluation program of mine ventilation system is compiled. The research results are applied to the reliability evaluation of tungsten mine ventilation system in Zupankeng Mine, Lianping County, Guangdong Province. The reliability evaluation results show that the reliability of ventilation system is general, which makes the research results tested in practice. Based on the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, the reliability of mine ventilation system can be evaluated, and the objective evaluation results of ventilation system can be obtained. The research on reliability evaluation of ventilation system can promote the scientific management of mine ventilation, provide a reference for mine managers to make decisions, and play an active role in mine safety production.
