煤与瓦斯突出前兆低频电磁信号接收技术研究

【摘要】:本文采用理论分析、实验室试验、数值模拟和现场应用相结合的方法系统研究了煤与瓦斯突出前兆低频电磁信号在煤层中的传播衰减规律,设计了低频磁棒天线并实测了其敏感频带和有效接收范围,结合工作面生产工艺等因素,确定了采掘工作面突出前兆电磁辐射信号的接收方法,并在现场进行了监测和定位的应用。在相关研究成果的基础上,建立了接近煤矿井下实际的平板波导传播模型,建立了煤岩低频电磁信号穿透煤层实验系统,设计了低频磁棒天线并进行了性能测试;在频率变化、强度变化下对不同粒度的煤样进行了穿透实验,并与自由空间衰减规律进行了对比,得到了煤岩低频率电磁信号在煤层中的衰减规律;利用CST软件对掘进工作面电磁信号的衰减分布进行了模拟,直观地分析了突出源不同位置、不同强度和不同频率下电磁信号的衰减分布规律。结合采掘工作面生产工艺等因素确定了采掘工作面低频电磁信号的监测方法和天线布置方法,在现场利用ZDKT-1瞬变磁振监测系统进行了爆破时电磁信号异常监测和突出源定位的应用。本文创新性地用低频电磁信号来预测煤与瓦斯突出,并初步在现场进行应用,为煤矿井下动力灾害防治提供理论和技术支持。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the propagation and attenuation of low frequency electromagnetic signals of coal and gas outburst precursors in coal seam are systematically studied by means of theoretical analysis, laboratory tests, numerical simulation and field application. The low frequency magnetic rod antenna is designed, its sensitive frequency band and effective receiving range are measured, and the receiving method of outburst precursor electromagnetic radiation signal in mining face is determined by combining the production technology of working face and other factors. On the basis of the related research results, a plate waveguide propagation model approaching to the actual underground coal mine is established, and a coal rock low frequency electromagnetic signal penetrating coal seam experimental system is established. The low frequency magnetic rod antenna is designed and its performance is tested. Under the change of frequency and intensity, the penetration experiments of coal samples with different particle sizes are carried out, and the results are compared with the laws of free space attenuation. The attenuation law of low frequency electromagnetic signal of coal and rock in coal seam is obtained, the attenuation distribution of electromagnetic signal in tunneling face is simulated by CST software, and the different positions of outburst source are analyzed intuitively. The attenuation and distribution law of electromagnetic signal under different intensity and frequency. The monitoring method and antenna arrangement method of low frequency electromagnetic signal in mining face are determined by combining the production technology of mining face and so on. In this paper, the ZDKT-1 transient magnetic vibration monitoring system is used to monitor the electromagnetic signal anomaly and locate the outburst source during blasting. In this paper, the low frequency electromagnetic signal is innovatively used to predict coal and gas outburst, and preliminary application is made in the field. To provide theoretical and technical support for underground power disaster prevention and control.
