立体化巷道布置对综放开采煤层自燃影响的数学评价

【摘要】：针对综放开采过程中煤层易自然发火问题,提出采用错层位巷道布置采全厚开采方案。该方案可达到完全控制采空区漏风,提高煤炭回采率,消除易自燃浮煤,从根源上解决煤自然发火问题的目的。根据影响煤炭自燃危险性的因素,建立层次结构模型及相关因素的各层次判断矩阵,并应用定性与定量相结合的层次分析法进行分析,结果表明,采用新型巷道布置体系能够有效防止煤层自然发火事故的发生。
[Abstract]:Aiming at the problem of spontaneous combustion in coal seam in the process of fully mechanized caving mining, this paper puts forward a fully thick mining plan by using staggered roadway, which can completely control air leakage in goaf, increase coal recovery rate and eliminate easy spontaneous combustion of floating coal. The purpose of solving the problem of coal spontaneous combustion is to solve the problem of coal spontaneous combustion. According to the factors influencing coal spontaneous combustion, the hierarchical structure model and the judgement matrix of related factors are established, and the analytic hierarchy process (AHP), which combines qualitative and quantitative analysis, is applied to analyze the problem. The results show that the new roadway layout system can effectively prevent coal seam spontaneous combustion accident.
