矿井局部降温系统分析及冷热风混合过程模拟

【摘要】:矿井高温热害是指矿井内环境气温超过人体正常热平衡所能忍受的温度,这会引起工人劳动效率降低,井下安全隐患增加,工人身体健康受到威胁等问题。现有的矿井整体降温方式存在成本高、管路易堵塞等缺点,而现有的局部降温方式虽然成本低,但还存在安全隐患和降温效果较差等缺点。为研发新型低成本高效矿井局部降温装置,本文针对所提出的基于涡轮膨胀制冷原理的局部降温系统,系统分析了该系统的组成、原理和降温特性,同时对与该系统尾部相连的关键部件—冷热风混合装置内的冷热风混合过程进行了数值模拟研究,为后续该设备的优化提供参考。论文主要做了以下工作:(1)在所提出的涡轮膨胀制冷机的基础上,对该系统的组成、原理和降温特性进行了系统分析和研究,结果表明该制冷方式是有效可行的,而且在煤矿这种特殊的易爆环境中使用起来比较安全。分析结果同时指出,与该局部降温装置尾部相连的冷热风混合结构设计的优劣,对最终吹到矿工周围的气流温度具有很大影响,而目前对该混风结构的研究还较少,因此,需要对其内部的混风过程进行详细研究。(2)在建立斯托克斯方程组及k??湍流模型的基础上,利用Fluent及gambit等相关软件对上述混风装置的温度场和速度场进行计算和模拟,研究掘进入口处送风温度和送风速度改变后,冷热风混风装置内的气流的温度场和速度场的图像以及变化趋势。再结合涡轮膨胀风机式煤矿井下降温系统的工作原理及矿井下工作环境的实际情况,结合模拟结果得出合适的送风温度和送风速度。
[Abstract]:High temperature thermal damage in a mine means that the ambient temperature in the mine exceeds the temperature that the human body can tolerate in the normal heat balance. This will lead to a decrease in the labor efficiency of the workers and an increase in the hidden dangers of underground safety. Problems such as threats to the health of workers. The existing overall cooling mode of coal mines has the disadvantages of high cost and easy blockage of pipes, while the existing local cooling methods are low in cost, In order to develop a new type of low cost and high efficiency local cooling device, this paper systematically analyzes the composition of the local cooling system based on the principle of turbo expansion refrigeration. At the same time, the mixing process of cold and hot air in the cold and hot air mixing device, which is connected to the tail of the system, is numerically simulated. The main work of this paper is as follows: 1) on the basis of the proposed turbine expansion refrigerator, the composition, principle and cooling characteristics of the system are systematically analyzed and studied. The results show that the refrigeration method is effective and feasible, and it is safe to use in the coal mine, which is a special explosive environment. The results of the analysis also point out the merits and demerits of the design of the cold and hot air mixed structure connected to the tail of the local cooling device. It has a great influence on the air flow temperature around the miner, but there are few studies on the structure of the mixed air. Therefore, it is necessary to study the mixing process in detail in order to establish the Stokes equations and the K2 equations. ? On the basis of turbulence model, the temperature field and velocity field of the air mixing device are calculated and simulated by using Fluent and gambit software, and the change of air temperature and velocity at the entrance of drivage is studied. Image and trend of temperature field and velocity field of air flow in cold and hot air mixer. Combined with the working principle of underground cooling system of turbo expansion fan type coal mine and the actual situation of working environment under mine. Combined with the simulation results, the suitable air temperature and velocity are obtained.
