强涌潮急流水域桥梁船撞风险控制

【摘要】:嘉兴至绍兴跨江公路通道项目嘉绍大桥横跨钱塘江尖山河段,潮强流急,航运条件复杂,桥梁船撞风险巨大。为控制强涌潮急流水域船舶撞击桥梁的风险,通过研究,主航道桥及北副航道桥采用固定式防撞套箱进行被动防撞,单桩独柱引桥通过保留钢护筒的措施提高桥墩的防撞安全性能。此外全桥还建立了防船撞主动预警系统,包括AIS监管系统、VHF通信系统、桥区主动预警视频监控及报警系统、电子海图显示与信息综合系统。
[Abstract]:Jiaxing-Shaoxing cross-river highway passage project spans the Jianshan reach of the Qiantang River. The tidal current is intense, the shipping conditions are complex, and the bridge ship collision risk is enormous. In order to control the risk of ships hitting the bridge in the waters of strong tidal surge jet, the study is carried out. The main waterway bridge and the north auxiliary waterway bridge adopt the fixed anti-collision sleeve box to carry on the passive anti-collision, the single-pile single-column approach bridge improves the bridge pier's anti-collision safety performance through the measure of retaining the steel guard cylinder. In addition, the whole bridge also establishes the anti-ship collision active warning system. It includes AIS supervision system, video surveillance and alarm system, electronic chart display and information integrated system.
