【摘要】：正一、引言消防工程是现代建筑不可缺少的重要组成部分,消防工程质量的好坏直接关系到建筑物的防灾和抗灾能力。消防工程按照消防工程技术规范和设计规范保质保量地安装施工,是建筑工程顺利通过总验收并投入使用的前提条件。消防改造工程施工过程中易出现很多问题,主要有:1与新建工程相比要在原有建筑结构中增设消防工程设施设备,但旧有建筑物施工年代久远、竣工图缺失使原有施工图纸无法作为消防工程改造设
[Abstract]:First, the introduction of fire engineering is an indispensable part of modern architecture, The quality of fire protection works is directly related to the disaster prevention and resilience of buildings. It is a prerequisite for the construction project to pass the overall acceptance and be put into use smoothly. Many problems arise in the construction process of the fire protection renovation project. The main problems are: 1, compared with the new construction project, it is necessary to add fire protection engineering facilities to the original building structure. However, the old building construction is old, the completed drawing is missing, so the original construction drawing can not be used as fire protection engineering reconstruction.
