基于Abaqus的巷道围岩调热圈温度分布数值模拟及经济性评价

【摘要】:为了能够准确掌握矿井巷道在一个完整通风周期内的围岩的温度变化情况并以此为基础对其进行经济性评价研究;首先以傅里叶导热定律为基础,采用Abaqus软件建立数值模型并利用有限元方法对巷道围岩与空气热交换过程以及巷道内部的围岩温度分布进行了求解研究,获得了巷道围岩对冷、热量的存储量大小及存储规律;之后利用等效空调方法对巷道围岩调热能力进行了经济性评价。结果表明:矿井围岩调热圈具有较大的经济优势,未来可以进一步尝试进行工程实践。
[Abstract]:In order to accurately understand the temperature change of surrounding rock in a complete ventilation period of mine roadway and to evaluate its economy on the basis of it, firstly, based on Fourier's law of heat conduction, The numerical model is established by using Abaqus software, and the heat exchange process between surrounding rock and air and the temperature distribution of surrounding rock in roadway are solved by using finite element method, and the storage amount and storage law of cold and heat in surrounding rock of roadway are obtained. The economic evaluation of the heat regulating capacity of surrounding rock of roadway is carried out by using the equivalent air conditioning method. The results show that the heat regulating circle of surrounding rock of mine has great economic advantages and can be further tried in engineering practice in the future.
