矿用高压喷雾泵的设计与研制

【摘要】:长期以来,煤矿综采工作面的粉尘危害一直是困扰着煤矿安全生产的一大难题。随着科技的迅猛发展,人类社会物质生活水平的提高,人们对各类职业病的关注程度越来越高,尤其是工作环境十分恶劣的煤矿井下作业的关注更为突出,各大煤炭开采国均相继提出日益要求更高的对工人身心健康有利的相关标准,故开发和研制高效井下除尘降尘设备的需求越来越迫切。众所周知,矿用喷雾泵通过将电动机的机械能转换为工作介质(水)的液压能,使之雾化来实现为采煤机、掘进机等采掘设备工作场地除尘降尘的目的。通过市场调研得知:合理的结构设计和参数选择不仅是喷雾泵正常工作的保证,更是延长产品使用寿命的重要因素。因此,新型高压喷雾泵的开发研制具有极其重要的理论意义和应用价值。课题以BPW100/16型喷雾泵为实例,所做的主要工作如下: 1.基于喷雾泵的工作原理和使用工况特点的分析与研究,提出了“大行程,小直径”的设计理念,确定出喷雾泵的原始数据,推导出相关参数的计算方法; 2.通过对喷雾泵总体结构的解析,提出了喷雾泵的压力控制系统特点,给出了其核心部件中的缸套组件和阀体组件的整体结构设计、材料选择及加工工艺措施,得出了一种解决阀体滞后问题的新型阀体设计方法,有效地提高了喷雾泵的容积效率; 3.基于运动学和动力学的基本原理和理论,采用解析法揭示了曲柄连杆组件的运动规律及原理,建立了其运动学和动力学数学模型,归纳出该部件设计要求、原则和方法,探索出相应的选材及加工工艺措施; 4.基于新建立的动力学和运动学数学模型,利用相关强度校核理论和方法,采用现代设计和仿真软件,通过对本研究对象的关键核心部件的仿真和验证,结果表明:该模型合理可行,满足设计要求。
[Abstract]:For a long time, dust hazard in fully mechanized coal mining face has been a big problem puzzling coal mine safety production. With the rapid development of science and technology and the improvement of material living standard of human society, people pay more and more attention to all kinds of occupational diseases. In particular, the concern of underground operations in coal mines, where the working environment is very bad, is even more prominent. All the major coal mining countries have successively put forward relevant standards which are increasingly demanding higher standards that are beneficial to the physical and mental health of workers. Therefore, it is more and more urgent to develop and develop high efficiency downhole dust and dust control equipment. As is known to all, the spray pump for mining is realized as a shearer by converting the mechanical energy of the motor into the hydraulic energy of the working medium (water) and making it atomized. Through market research, we know that reasonable structure design and parameter selection are not only the guarantee of the normal operation of the spray pump, but also the important factor to prolong the service life of the product. The research and development of a new type of high pressure spray pump is of great theoretical significance and application value. Taking BPW100/16 type spray pump as an example, the main work done is as follows:. 1. Based on the analysis and research of the working principle and operating conditions of the spray pump, the design concept of "large stroke and small diameter" is put forward, the original data of the spray pump is determined, and the calculation method of related parameters is deduced. 2. Through the analysis of the overall structure of the spray pump, the characteristics of the pressure control system of the spray pump are put forward, and the integral structure design, material selection and processing technology of the cylinder liner assembly and valve body assembly in the core parts of the spray pump are given. A new design method of valve body is obtained, which can effectively improve the volumetric efficiency of spray pump. 3. Based on the basic principles and theories of kinematics and dynamics, the movement law and principle of crank and connecting rod assembly are revealed by analytic method, the mathematical model of kinematics and dynamics is established, and the design requirements, principles and methods of the component are summarized. Explore the corresponding material selection and processing technology measures; 4. Based on the newly established mathematical model of dynamics and kinematics, using the theory and method of correlation strength checking, using modern design and simulation software, the key components of this research object are simulated and verified. The results show that the model is reasonable and feasible and meets the design requirements.
