风流影响下的综掘工作面温度湿度场特性数值模拟

【摘要】:基于计算流体动力学(CFD)和矿井通风理论,以田陈煤矿7309综掘工作面为研究对象,建立了单一压入式通风系统条件下的综掘工作面几何模型。采用FLUENT软件对不同供风速度下综掘工作面三维空间内风流场、温度场及湿度场的分布特性及变化规律进行数值模拟。模拟结果表明:增加供风量对降低巷道温度有一定的作用,但对巷道内的湿度影响较小,当压风筒出口风速为16 m/s、风量为480 m3/min时,综掘巷道内的温度低于26℃,综掘机附近工作区域相对湿度保持在40%~57%之间,此时的供风参数满足煤矿安全规程要求。
[Abstract]:Based on the theory of computational fluid dynamics (CFDs) and mine ventilation, the 7309 fully mechanized excavation face of Tianchen Coal Mine is taken as the research object. The geometric model of fully mechanized excavating face under the condition of single pressure-in ventilation system is established. The air flow field in three dimensional space of fully mechanized excavating face with different velocity of air supply is analyzed by FLUENT software. The distribution and variation of temperature field and humidity field are numerically simulated. The simulation results show that increasing air supply plays a certain role in reducing tunnel temperature, but has little effect on the humidity in roadway. When the wind velocity at the outlet of the pressure tube is 16 m / s and the air volume is 480 m3 / min, the temperature in the roadway is lower than 26 鈩,
