补连塔煤矿井下同向气动式自动风门

【摘要】:补连塔矿井下平衡式自动风门处在高负压巷道内,2扇风门反向启闭,受风门内外压差作用,接缝不严密漏风大,安装时需要掘进风门硐室,使用过程中依靠电能做为动力容易导致事故;通过分析确定了风门同向启闭模式、气动、PLC控制系统等关键参数;选用JISI型动力驱动气缸等关键原件,研制了煤矿井下同向气动自动风门。风门安装时无需掘进硐室,结构简单;风门以井下现有压风系统控制实现自动启闭,安全节能。现场实践应用表明:风门系统的2扇风门同向启闭,风压越大风门关闭越严密,故障少维护比较方便,安全性能高,大大提升了井下通风系统的可靠性。
[Abstract]:The balance automatic tuyere under the Fulianta mine is in the reverse opening and closing of two tuyere in the high negative pressure roadway, which is affected by the pressure difference between the inside and outside of the wind door, and the air leakage of the joint is not tight, so it is necessary to excavate the air door chamber when installing. In the process of using electric energy as power, it is easy to cause accidents; through analysis, the key parameters such as the codirectional opening and closing mode of the tuyere, pneumatic PLC control system and so on are determined; the key parts such as JISI type power drive cylinder are selected. In this paper, a codirectional pneumatic automatic tuyere in coal mine is developed. When the wind valve is installed, it does not need to dig into the chamber, and the structure is simple, and the tuyere can be automatically opened and closed by the control of the existing air pressure system. Safety and energy saving. The field practice shows that the two air doors of the air valve system are opened and closed in the same direction, the greater the air pressure is, the more close the air door is, the less the trouble is, the more convenient the maintenance is, and the safety performance is high, which greatly improves the reliability of the underground ventilation system.
