三维条件下通风网络解算软件的研究与实现

【摘要】:矿井通风管理是矿井日常生产过程中重要的管理环节,而网络解算是通风管理中一个重要部分,在新建矿井进行通风设计的时候,必须通过通风网络解算,为设计提供必要依据,在生产矿井进行通风系统升级改造的时,也需要借助通风网络解算来确定最优的改造方案,可以说,无论在矿井设计还是生产阶段,通风网络解算都起着重要作用。本文通过对通风管理领域的软件发展现状进行分析和总结,在设计了通风网络解算的主要功能,以图论的拓扑理论、通风网络基本理论、网络解算基本理论及方法结合面向对象的程序设计技术以及三维建模技术,实现了具有通风网络拓扑关系自动建立、三维通风系统图自动绘制以及通风网络解算等主要功能的软件。其中拓扑关系自动建立功能使得传统上由人工完成的工作转由计算机实现完成,减轻了人工的劳动强度,将矿山通风管理人员从繁重、重复的劳动中解放出来,提高了工作效率。三维建模功能可以根据通风系统图的基础数据自动建立通风系统的三维模型,不但可以直观反映巷道之间真实的空间关系,而且还可以通过三维立体图,对解算数据进行查询,更方便快捷地反映解算结果。软件实现的主要功能都具有一定的实际应用价值,可从一定程度上提高矿井通风管理的工作效率及整体管理水平。
[Abstract]:Mine ventilation management is an important part of mine daily production process, and network solution is an important part of ventilation management. To provide the necessary basis for the design, when the ventilation system is upgraded and reformed in the production mine, it is also necessary to use the ventilation network solution to determine the optimal reconstruction plan. It can be said that, whether in the mine design or in the production stage, Ventilation network calculation plays an important role. This paper analyzes and summarizes the current situation of software development in the field of ventilation management, and designs the main functions of ventilation network calculation, based on the topological theory of graph theory, the basic theory of ventilation network. The basic theory and method of network solution are combined with object-oriented programming technology and 3D modeling technology to realize the automatic establishment of topological relation of ventilation network. Three dimensional ventilation system diagram automatic drawing and ventilation network calculation and other main functions of software. Among them, the function of automatic establishment of topological relationship makes the traditional manual work completed by the computer, which reduces the labor intensity. The mine ventilation management personnel are liberated from heavy and repetitive work, and the work efficiency is improved. The three-dimensional modeling function can automatically establish the three-dimensional model of the ventilation system according to the basic data of the ventilation system diagram. It can not only directly reflect the true spatial relationship between roadways, but also can query the solution data through three-dimensional images. The main functions realized by the software have certain practical application value and can improve the working efficiency and overall management level of mine ventilation management to a certain extent.
