基于任务网络计划技术的煤矿企业应急管理方法

【摘要】：为提高煤矿企业应急管理的规范性和自动化程度,解决应急预案和应急决策的衔接问题,提出了一种基于网络计划技术的煤矿企业应急管理方法。该方法首先以应急预案的可重构性为基础,对应急预案进行规范化处理,采用任务网络计划技术将各个应急措施作为任务形成应急预案计划,然后将应急预案计划作为应急处置计划的模板,综合考虑突发事件的类型、具体情况、应急处置的资源条件及适度的个人偏好,在应急预案计划的基础上进行修正,迅速形成完整、规范的应急处置计划。实际应用表明,该方法可提高应急预案和应急执行计划的结构化和数字化水平,能够实现应急预案和应急执行计划的无缝衔接。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the standardization and automation of emergency management in coal mine enterprises, and to solve the problem of connecting emergency plans and emergency decisions, An emergency management method of coal mine enterprise based on network planning technology is put forward. Firstly, based on the reconfiguration of emergency plan, the emergency plan is standardized. Using the technology of mission network planning, each emergency measure is taken as the task to form the emergency plan plan, and then the emergency plan is used as the template of the emergency disposal plan, considering the type and specific situation of the emergency event synthetically. The resource conditions and appropriate personal preferences for emergency disposal are revised on the basis of the contingency plan, and a complete and standardized emergency disposal plan is quickly formed. The practical application shows that, This method can improve the structure and digitization level of emergency plan and emergency execution plan, and realize the seamless connection between emergency plan and emergency execution plan.
