云锡老厂锡矿13-8#矿体群通风系统优化设计研究

【摘要】:矿井通风系统优化是一个有定量和定性相互联系、相互影响、相互制约的多个因素组成的复杂决策问题。 论文在查阅和借鉴大量文献的基础上,分析云锡老厂锡矿13-8#矿体群的有关资料,获得了13-8#矿体群通风系统的基础资料,依据13-8#矿体群的开拓系统和采矿方法构建了通风系统。依据13-8#矿体群通风系统的特征,拟定出多个不同的通风系统方案,利用3Dvent通风软件对各个方案进行网络解算并进行分析。根据本文建立的评价指标体系,运用模糊数学中的相对二元比较法和多目标决策的灰色关联投影法理论对各个方案进行优化选择,确定最优的通风系统方案。 本文通过对13-8#矿体群通风系统优化方案的选择,实现了该通风系统的优化,该研究成果对生产实际有理论指导意义。 本文的主要研究成果和结论是: (1)论文阐述了矿井通风系统优化设计及其应用研究,根据13-8#矿体群生产现状,拟定矿井通风优化系统方案,并进行网络解算,最终确定最优方案。 (2)通过对13-8#矿体群的开拓图、地质特征和老厂现有通风系统的分析,阐述老厂矿井通风系统存在的问题,提出13-8#矿体群通风系统优化的目的。 (3)根据矿井通风系统设计原则和实际需要,经过认真分析研究,拟定满足实际矿井通风需要的可行性方案。 (4)利用通风解算软件3Dvent矿业软件绘制通风网络图,并对拟定的矿井通风系统方案进行解算,对解算的结果进行分析,了解矿井通风系统具体的风量分配、压力分布情况,进行风机优选,设计合理可靠的通风系统。 (5)根据13-8#矿体群的实际状况和理论知识,构建符合具体情况的评价指标体系,并运用层次分析法对各个评价指标的权进行赋值。 (6)运用多目标决策的灰色关联投影法对各个方案进行优化评选。多目标决策的灰色关联投影法的实质是依据各个方案的指标数据的大小,确定最优理想方案的指标数据,构建关联度判断矩阵,确定各个方案的投影值,根据投影值的大小确定最优的方案。 (7)本文结合老厂和13-8#矿体群通风系统的实际情况,通过通风系统方案的优选,实现了对13-8#矿体群通风系统的优化设计研究,具有一定的理论指导意义和实用价值。
[Abstract]:The optimization of mine ventilation system is a complex decision problem composed of quantitative and qualitative interrelation, mutual influence and mutual restriction. On the basis of consulting and referring to a large number of documents, this paper analyzes the relevant data of 13-8# orebody group in Yunxi Laochang Tin Mine, and obtains the basic data of ventilation system of 13-8# Ore body Group. According to the development system and mining method of 13-8# orebody group, the ventilation system is constructed. According to the characteristics of the ventilation system of 13-8# orebody group, several different ventilation system schemes are worked out. 3Dvent ventilation software is used to calculate and analyze each scheme. According to the evaluation index system established in this paper, The relative binary comparison method in fuzzy mathematics and the grey relational projection theory of multi-objective decision-making are used to optimize the selection of each scheme and to determine the optimal ventilation system scheme. In this paper, the optimization scheme of ventilation system of 13-8# orebody group is selected, and the optimization of ventilation system is realized. The research results have theoretical significance for practical production. The main results and conclusions of this paper are as follows:. This paper expounds the optimization design of mine ventilation system and its application research. According to the present production situation of 13-8# orebody group, the scheme of mine ventilation optimization system is drawn up, and the network calculation is carried out, and the optimal scheme is finally determined. 2) through the analysis of the development map, geological characteristics and existing ventilation system of the 13-8# orebody group, the problems existing in the ventilation system of Laochang Mine are expounded, and the purpose of optimizing the ventilation system of the 13-8# Ore body Group is put forward. According to the design principles and practical requirements of mine ventilation system, a feasible scheme to meet the actual mine ventilation needs is drawn up after careful analysis and study. (4) drawing ventilation network diagram by using ventilation calculation software 3Dvent mining software, and calculating the draft plan of mine ventilation system, analyzing the result of calculation, and understanding the specific distribution of air volume and pressure distribution of mine ventilation system. Optimal selection of fans and design of a reasonable and reliable ventilation system. 5) according to the actual situation and theoretical knowledge of 13-8# orebody group, the evaluation index system is constructed, and the weight of each evaluation index is assigned by AHP. The grey relational projection method of multi-objective decision making is used to optimize the evaluation of each scheme. The essence of the grey relational projection method of multi-objective decision making is to determine the index data of the optimal and ideal scheme according to the size of the index data of each scheme. The relational degree judgment matrix is constructed, the projection value of each scheme is determined, and the optimal scheme is determined according to the size of the projection value. Based on the actual situation of ventilation system of old plant and 13-8# orebody group, the optimization design of ventilation system of 13-8# orebody group is realized through the optimization of ventilation system scheme, which has certain theoretical guiding significance and practical value.
