中国安全生产科学研究院赴南极开展调研任务圆满完成

【摘要】：正中国安全生产科学研究院派员随中国第33次南极考察队开展"极地考察活动安全管理体系建设研究"实地调研工作,历时161天,行程3.1万海里,乘"雪龙"号极地考察船参与环南极航行,重点考察了南极长城站和中山站,于2017年4月11日乘"雪龙"号极地考察船返回位于上海的极地考察国内基地码头。此次任务主要包括对考察队员开展安全培训,对极地考察船和考察站安全运行、设备设施安全管理,危险化学品运输、海冰装卸、野外考察等作业安全,个人防护用品配备与使用,以及极地考察应急管理情况等进行了调研,圆满完成了各项工作任务。
[Abstract]:The China Academy of Safety in production Sciences is sending personnel to carry out the "study on the Construction of Safety Management system for Polar Exploration activities" with the 33rd Chinese Antarctic Expedition team. The work lasted 161 days and travelled 31000 nautical miles. Taking the "Snow Dragon" polar exploration vessel to take part in the Antarctic circumpolar voyage, the focus was on the Great Wall Station and Zhongshan Station in the Antarctic. On April 11, 2017, the "Snow Dragon" polar exploration vessel returned to the polar exploration base wharf in Shanghai. This mission mainly includes conducting safety training for the expedition team, and safely running the polar exploration ship and station. Safety management of equipment and facilities, transportation of dangerous chemicals, loading and unloading of sea ice, field investigation and other operational safety, personal protective equipment equipment and use, as well as polar inspection of emergency management were investigated and completed successfully.
