煤矿防灭火壳聚糖温敏水凝胶的制备及性能研究

【摘要】:为提高凝胶防灭火效果,采用水溶液聚合法制备价格低廉、无毒、易降解的壳聚糖-丙烯酸-丙烯酰胺水凝胶。研究中和度、交联剂、引发剂、丙烯酰胺、壳聚糖、温度、p H对水凝胶吸水倍率的影响。结果表明:壳聚糖用量的增加会降低凝胶的吸水率,但引入壳聚糖有利于降低水凝胶对p H的敏感度。红外光谱表明壳聚糖与丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺发生很好的聚合反应。水凝胶的动态流变试验表明,5%壳聚糖水凝胶的相变温度为103℃,比较适合煤矿防灭火。
[Abstract]:In order to improve the fire extinguishing effect of gel, a cheap, non-toxic and easily degradable chitosan acrylic acid-acrylamide hydrogel was prepared by aqueous solution polymerization. The neutralization, crosslinking agent, initiator, acrylamide, chitosan were studied. The effect of temperature pH on the water absorption ratio of hydrogels. The results showed that the increase of chitosan content would decrease the water absorption of hydrogels, but the addition of chitosan could reduce the sensitivity of hydrogels to pH. The infrared spectra showed that chitosan and acrylic acid could decrease the water absorption of hydrogels. The dynamic rheological test of hydrogel shows that the phase change temperature of 5% chitosan hydrogel is 103 鈩,
