滤筒式通风除尘装置故障分析与设计改进

【摘要】:大型矿用挖掘机滤筒式通风除尘装置的工作原理是在系统风机的作用下,将含尘气流通过滤筒过滤,把清洁空气送入机棚内;同时,在滤筒上的灰尘通过脉冲阀清灰,落入灰斗被连续排出。本文对该装置在实际应用中发生的故障进行分析,从设计结构入手,对装置底架钢结构、风帽结构及其支撑、系统风机室结构、风机安装底座、螺旋输送机等进行了优化设计,优化除尘器的清灰方式,对滤筒系统的控制程序进行了合理的调控。改进后的滤筒式通风除尘装置普遍应用于系列大型矿用挖掘机的工作中,为提高大型挖掘机的出铲率提供可靠保障。
[Abstract]:The working principle of the filter tube type ventilation and dust removal device of large mine excavator is to filter the dust-containing airflow through the filter barrel under the action of the system fan, and at the same time, the dust on the filter barrel is cleaned by pulse valve.Falling into the ash hopper is discharged continuously.In this paper, the failure of the device in practical application is analyzed. The steel structure of the device, the structure of the hood and its support, the structure of the fan chamber, the installation base of the fan and the screw conveyor are optimized from the design structure.The control program of filter tube system is controlled reasonably by optimizing the ash removal mode of dust collector.The improved filter tube type ventilation and dust removal device is widely used in the work of a series of large mine excavators, which provides a reliable guarantee for improving the shovel rate of large excavators.
