新型煤岩电磁辐射监测系统

【摘要】:针对煤矿井下现场存在大量电磁干扰,且煤岩动力灾害中受载煤岩破裂的电磁辐射信号的产生具有突发性、连续性,研制煤岩的电磁辐射信号的监测装置.采用高性能DSP处理器TMS320LF2812和可编程门阵列FPGA为监测系统的核心,进行外围电路的设计.最后进行煤岩压缩破裂试验,对其电磁辐射信号进行监测.研究结果表明:该装置能够较准确提取出煤岩破裂过程中产生的电磁辐射信号,并且能够进行连续波形采集、处理及存储,为能够准确的获取煤岩破裂的电磁辐射前兆信息提供基础.
[Abstract]:There are a lot of electromagnetic interference in the underground coal mine, and the electromagnetic radiation signal of coal and rock burst in coal and rock dynamic disaster is sudden and continuous. A monitoring device for electromagnetic radiation signal of coal and rock is developed. The core of the monitoring system is high performance DSP processor TMS320LF2812 and programmable gate array FPGA. The peripheral circuit is designed. Finally, the compression rupture test of coal and rock is carried out. The results show that the electromagnetic radiation signal produced during coal and rock rupture can be extracted accurately, and the continuous waveform can be collected, processed and stored. It provides the basis for accurately obtaining the precursor information of electromagnetic radiation of coal and rock fracture.
