防爆型环境气体智能监测系统的研制

【摘要】:火灾是威胁公共安全,危害人们生命财产安全的最主要的灾害之一。我国已处于工业化发展中期,城市化水平已进入快速发展阶段,火灾损失也急速上升,平均12年翻一番。要减少火灾危害,必须在火灾发生早期发现并扑灭,甚至即将发生但还未发生的前期积极主动采取措施防止其发生。对火灾自动探测特别是提前预测是是预防火灾的关键。随着城市建筑、工厂等结构和功能越来越复杂,现有的火灾探测技术无法满足这些新的火灾探测的需求。为此,在火灾监测监控技术层面上迫切需要研发满足现代城市和工矿企业的需求的新的火灾监控系统。这对于保障人民生命财产安全,构建和谐社会具有重大的社会意义和经济效益。 本课题的主要思路是对有害气体以及温度进行实时监测,然后对信号进行处理做出相应的响应动作来预防火灾的发生。整个系统由手操器,变送器,智能传感器部分组成。由于系统由多部分组成,所以通信方式成为重中之重。系统采用智能传感器收集相应的气体、温度信息,通过自定义的通信协议传输给其相对应的变送器,变送器对信号进行判断做出相应动作。再通过Modbus与上位机进行有效通信,也可以采用手操器对变送器进行信号采集,功能设置。手操器对变送器采用Modbus与红外通信相结合的方式进行通信。 在具体的硬件方面,我们考虑到系统需要长期运行并且在易燃易爆环境中使用。所以采用了ST公司出品的STM32L系列低功耗单片机,围绕STM32L系列芯片我们设计了供电电路,触碰按键,液晶显示器,flash电路,,传感器处理电路等电路。最后运行整个系统,实现了整个系统的全部工作。
[Abstract]:Fire is one of the threats to public safety, endangering people's lives and property safety of the main disasters. China is in the middle of industrialization, city level has entered the stage of rapid development, the fire damage has rapidly increased, the average 12 years doubled. To reduce fire hazards, fire must be found early and even to be extinguished but early hasn't happened to take proactive measures to prevent its occurrence. The automatic fire detection especially is predicted in advance is the key to prevention of fire. With the development of city construction, plant structure and function more and more complex, the existing fire detection technology cannot meet the new requirements of fire detection. Therefore, in the aspect of fire monitoring monitoring technology research and development to meet the urgent need of modern city and industrial and mining enterprises demand new fire monitoring system. This is to protect people's lives and property safety, constructing harmonious Society has great social and economic benefits.
The main idea of this paper is to conduct real-time monitoring of harmful gases and temperature, then the signal is processed in response to appropriate action to prevent fire. The whole system consists of manipulator, transmitter, intelligent sensor parts. Because the system has many parts, so communication becomes the priority among priorities. The system adopts intelligent the corresponding gas sensors to collect temperature information, and the user-defined communication protocol is transmitted to the transmitter of the corresponding transmitter, judgment to make the appropriate action of the signal. And then through the Modbus and PC for effective communication, also can use the manipulator for signal acquisition, the transmitter function settings. Manipulator of transmitter using Modbus with the combination of infrared communication communication.
In the aspect of hardware, we consider the system need long-term operation and use in flammable and explosive environment. So the use of STM32L series low power MCU produced by ST company, the STM32L series chip we designed the power supply circuit, touch button, LCD display, flash circuit, sensor processing circuit and so on. At the end of operation of the whole system. To realize all the work of the whole system.
