现代公交驾驶员岗位特点与不安全行为预防措施的研究

【摘要】：企业发展,安全第一。在安全管理的过程中,随着科技的日益发达、技术的日臻完善,环境和物对安全的影响相对减少,而人的安全因素成为关键环节。随着社会发展和科学技术的进步,公交运输现代化水平日益提高。公交驾驶员对城市公共交通安全的影响也越来越凸显。从公交安全事故统计资料分析,控制驾驶员的不安全行为是减少事故、提高安全的重要途径。因此,在公交安全管理中结合公交驾驶员对城市公共交通安全的影响、控制驾驶员的不安全行为,无论是从提升安全管理水平、有效控制事故发生、促进企业和谐健康发展的角度来讲,还是从其经济效益和社会效益考虑,都有着重要意义。本文针对济南市公交安全管理的关键方面,通过深入剖析公交驾驶员对城市公共交通安全的影响,以此为切入点,综合考虑公司安全管理要求、目前管理制度措施、适用法律法规要求、驾驶员的心理、行为和技能、行车环境等多方面,采用系统分析法、事故致因理论、现场观察法等多种方法识别驾驶员不安全行为和风险评价,确定驾驶员不安全行为的预防措施。
[Abstract]:Enterprise development, safety first.In the process of safety management, with the development of science and technology and the improvement of technology, the influence of environment and matter on safety is relatively reduced, and the factor of human security becomes the key link.With the development of society and the progress of science and technology, the modernization level of public transportation is improving day by day.The impact of bus drivers on urban public transport safety is becoming more and more prominent.From the statistical analysis of bus safety accidents, controlling the unsafe behavior of drivers is an important way to reduce accidents and improve safety.Therefore, in the management of public transport safety, combining the influence of bus drivers on urban public transport safety, the unsafe behavior of drivers can be controlled, whether from improving the level of safety management and effectively controlling the occurrence of accidents.From the perspective of promoting the harmonious and healthy development of enterprises, it is of great significance to consider its economic and social benefits.In view of the key aspects of public transport safety management in Jinan, this paper analyzes the impact of bus drivers on urban public transport safety, taking this as a breakthrough point, considering the requirements of the company's safety management, and the current management system measures.According to the requirements of laws and regulations, the driver's psychology, behavior and skills, driving environment, etc., are identified by systematic analysis, accident cause theory, field observation and other methods to identify driver's unsafe behavior and risk assessment.Preventive measures to determine unsafe behavior of drivers.
