基于无线传感器网的矿井瓦斯监测系统的设计与研究

【摘要】:煤炭是不可再生的战略资源,我国是世界煤炭消费最大的国家,同时,也是煤矿事故多发国家。伴随着煤炭的开采,矿难频频发生,其中瓦斯事故已经成为了煤矿安全的“第一杀手”。为了实现矿井安全生产的科学化、自动化和预防的准确性,避免事故的发生,需要一种能够动态跟随矿井的工作面,可靠性高,造价适中,自动化程度高的多点多安全参数的检测与报警系统。 为了满足煤矿井下安全监测的需要,本文基于Zigbee的无线传感器网络,设计了一种矿井瓦斯监测系统。该系统采用模块化结构进行设计,由无线数据采集模块、通信协调器和上位机监测管理系统三部分组成。无线数据采集模块位于系统的最前端,,负责对瓦斯浓度、温度和风速等现场参数进行采集,采集得到的数据通过调理转换后传送给到无线传输设备,通过无线收发模块实现与通讯基站之间的数据交换。 通信协调器是有线通信和无线通信的结合部,是系统的中枢节点;由ZigBee无线传输设备及单片机构成,ZigBee无线传输设备通过无线通讯接收数据采集模块传送的信息,并通过并口将数据传到单片机,进行显示与报警,同时经过RS485总线传输给工控机,以实现数据的远程传输。 上位机监测管理系统是整个网络系统的信息流的汇聚地,对现场参数进行快速准确的处理、判断并以形象有效的方式进行显示、报警以及应急处理。监测管理软件采用组态王6.51开发;整个软件具有可移植性强、开发周期短、便于调试升级的特点。 通过测试表明:该系统具有工作可靠、层次清晰、管理方便、组成灵活、性价比高等特点,具有一定先进性与实用性,将有广阔的发展前景。
[Abstract]:Coal is a non-renewable strategic resource, China is the largest coal consumption country in the world, at the same time, it is also a country with frequent coal mine accidents.With the coal mining, mine accidents occur frequently, and gas accidents have become the first killer of coal mine safety.In order to realize the scientific, automatic and preventive accuracy of mine safety production and avoid accidents, it is necessary to have a working face that can follow the mine dynamically, with high reliability and moderate cost.Multi-point and multi-security parameter detection and alarm system with high degree of automation.In order to meet the needs of underground mine safety monitoring, a mine gas monitoring system is designed based on Zigbee wireless sensor network.The system is designed with modularization structure, which consists of three parts: wireless data acquisition module, communication coordinator and monitoring and management system of upper computer.The wireless data acquisition module is located at the front end of the system, which is responsible for collecting the gas concentration, temperature and wind speed and other field parameters. The collected data is transferred to the wireless transmission equipment through conditioning and conversion.The data exchange between the wireless transceiver module and the communication base station is realized.The communication coordinator is the combination of wired communication and wireless communication, which is the central node of the system, and is composed of ZigBee wireless transmission equipment and single chip microcomputer to receive the information transmitted by the data acquisition module through wireless communication.The data is transmitted to single chip computer through parallel port to display and alarm. At the same time, the data is transmitted to the industrial control computer through RS485 bus to realize the remote data transmission.The monitoring and management system of the host computer is the gathering place of the information flow of the whole network system. It processes the field parameters quickly and accurately, judges and displays, alarm and emergency processing in an image and effective way.The monitoring and management software is developed by Kingview 6.51, the whole software has the characteristics of strong portability, short development period and convenient debugging and upgrading.The test results show that the system has the characteristics of reliable operation, clear level, convenient management, flexible composition, high performance-to-price ratio and so on. The system is advanced and practical, and will have a broad development prospect.
