含油砂岩的高瓦斯煤矿火灾灭火技术

【摘要】:海石湾煤矿6112工作面采空区自然发火,引燃了上部油砂岩下泄到采空区的油气,迅速扩大为全矿大火。矿井采用注大流量气氮、液氮和二氧化碳的方法,抑制了瓦斯爆炸,安全封闭了全矿6个井口,并采用缩封技术和大流量高压水枪降温技术,将火区从井口缩封到工作面,采用消火道钻孔注浆灭火技术彻底扑灭了火源。介绍了抢险救灾过程中的抑爆封闭技术、缩封技术、消火道灭火技术及灭火效果。
[Abstract]:The spontaneous combustion of goaf in 6112 face of Haishiwan Coal Mine ignited the oil and gas released from the upper oil sandstone to the goaf and rapidly expanded into the whole mine fire.The mine adopts the method of injecting large flow of gas, nitrogen, liquid nitrogen and carbon dioxide to restrain the gas explosion, and safely seals the whole mine's 6 wellheads, and uses the technology of shrinking sealing and high pressure water gun cooling technology to seal the fire area from the wellhead to the working face.The fire source was completely extinguished by means of fire extinguishing by drilling and grouting fire extinguishing technology.This paper introduces the explosion suppression and sealing technology, the shrinkage sealing technology, the fire extinguishing technology and the fire extinguishing effect in the course of emergency rescue and relief.
