基于集合覆盖模型的高铁应急资源储备点选址优化

【摘要】:根据高铁应急资源储备点选址优化需求,对高铁路网进行抽象图描述,基于集合覆盖模型,以应急资源配送时间最短和应急成本最低为目标,建立应急资源储备点的多目标规划选址优化模型,并运用顺序选择遗传算法实现模型求解。通过对某铁路局高铁应急资源储备点选址规划进行实证分析,得到能够覆盖全部应急资源需求的8个应急资源储备点位置,符合实际情况,验证了模型的有效性。
[Abstract]:According to the location optimization demand of emergency resource reserve point of high-speed railway, the abstract graph description of high railway network is carried out. Based on the set coverage model, the shortest time of emergency resource distribution and the lowest emergency cost are taken as the target.The multi-objective programming location optimization model of emergency resource reserve is established, and the sequential selection genetic algorithm is used to solve the model.Through the empirical analysis on the location planning of the emergency resource reserve point for high-speed rail of a railway bureau, eight emergency resource reserve points which can cover all the emergency resource requirements are obtained, which are in line with the actual situation and verify the validity of the model.
