水分对煤体瓦斯解吸扩散的影响

【摘要】:采用水蒸气吸附法,分别制取了6种不同水分含量的2类煤样进行瓦斯解吸扩散实验.利用Langmuir方程经验公式拟合,计算得到了极限瓦斯解吸量;对解吸实验前10min的甲烷解吸率和i醫进行线性拟合,通过计算得到了极限瓦斯解吸量和初始扩散系数,并分析了水分对瓦斯解吸扩散的影响机理.实验结果表明:水分含量对煤体瓦斯解吸扩散过程有显著影响,0.45 MPa平衡压力下,对于1#煤样,水质量分数由0.46%升高到3.5%时,极限瓦斯解吸量Q∞从8.63mL/g减小到4.24mL/g,降低50.87%,初期解吸率从70.87%减小至34.54%,降低36.33%;对于2#煤样,水质量分数由0.73%升高到4.16%时,Q∞从4.68mL/g减小到2.32mL/g,降低50.42%,初期解吸率从58.14%减小至37.16%,降低了20.98%;水分作用下,煤体瓦斯解吸能力大幅度降低;极限瓦斯解吸量、初期解吸率、初始扩散系数均随水分含量的增加而减小.
[Abstract]:Six kinds of coal samples with different moisture content were prepared by steam adsorption method for gas desorption and diffusion experiments.Using empirical formula fitting of Langmuir equation, the limit gas desorption capacity was calculated, the methane desorption rate of 10min before desorption experiment and I doctor were fitted linearly, and the limit gas desorption capacity and initial diffusion coefficient were calculated.The influence mechanism of moisture on gas desorption and diffusion was analyzed.The experimental results show that the moisture content has a significant effect on the desorption and diffusion process of coal gas.
