铁路编组站调度系统安全可靠性分析

【摘要】:素有“列车工厂”之称的编组站,是铁路枢纽内组织货物列车的专业站。担负列车的“到”、“解”、“集”、“编”、“发”和“路网车流调控”等任务,负责所衔接方向本线和转线的车流到达、中转交换和出发。 调度是编组站日常运输的指挥中枢,处于管理金字塔的顶端,占据信息收发的关键位置,起着承上启下的作用。其工作质量对加速铁路货物送达、加速机车车辆周转、降低运输成本、提高运输效率等都十分重要。随着编组站作业的信息化、智能化、自动化发展,调度工作的安全可靠性起着越来越重要的作用,它不仅受自身的结构和性能可靠性的影响,还与人员、设备、环境、管理等因素密切相关。它的安全可靠性降低会促使整个编组站系统的安全可靠性非线性加速降低甚至失效,直接影响到整个系统的安全、质量、绩效等指标。 本文主要涉及到有:调度指挥系统,指挥模式,信息系统,人员系统,设备系统,命令系统,管理系统等。在这样一个人-机-环境动态大系统中,都是在调度人员统一指挥下来完成的,所以,人的安全可靠性显得十分重要,本文重点分析调度人员的安全可靠性,从人为失误产生的原因、机制、机理等方面入手,利用人机工程学,人因失误等相关理论来对人员进行可靠性分析,利用人因可靠性理论计算人员可靠度,找出调度人员子系统的不足之处,通过制定相应的整改措施,以提高人员系统的可靠性。
[Abstract]:The marshalling station, known as "train factory", is a professional station for organizing freight trains in railway hubs.Responsible for train "arrival", "solution", "collection", "compilation", "hair" and "network traffic flow regulation" and other tasks, responsible for connecting the direction of the local line and turn the traffic flow arrival, transit exchange and departure.Dispatch is the command center of daily transportation in marshalling yard, which is at the top of management pyramid, occupies the key position of receiving and sending information, and plays a connecting role.The quality of work is very important to accelerate the delivery of railway goods, accelerate the turnover of locomotive and rolling stock, reduce the transportation cost and improve the transportation efficiency.With the development of information, intelligence, automation and the safety and reliability of marshalling yard, it is not only affected by its own structure and performance, but also by personnel, equipment and environment.Management and other factors are closely related.The decrease of safety and reliability will cause the safety and reliability of the whole marshalling yard system to decrease or even fail, and will directly affect the safety, quality and performance of the whole system.This paper mainly involves: dispatching command system, command mode, information system, personnel system, equipment system, command system, management system and so on.In such a large man-machine-environment dynamic system, all of them are completed under the unified command of the dispatcher. Therefore, the safety and reliability of human beings is very important. This paper focuses on the analysis of the safety and reliability of the dispatcher.Starting with the causes, mechanisms and mechanisms of human error, the author makes use of the theories of ergonomics and human error to analyze the reliability of personnel, and calculates the reliability of personnel by using the theory of human factor reliability.In order to improve the reliability of the personnel system, the shortcomings of the dispatcher subsystem are found out and the corresponding corrective measures are worked out.
