运输包装对危险货物道路运输安全的影响研究

【摘要】:随着我国国民经济的快速发展以及人民日益增长的物质需求,越来越多的危险化工品进入到人们的生活中,使得危险品的流通量逐年增加。在运输过程中相比于道路运输,铁路运输和水上运输的限制条件过多等因素,从而使道路危险货物运输的货运量逐年递增。同时,由于道路危险货物运输过程中随机性高、危险品种类复杂以及大多运输需要跨区域等,使道路危险货物运输存在很大的风险。故定量的研究道路危险货物运输系统的风险状况具有重要意义。 影响危险品运输安全的因素主要包括两个方面:一是危险货物的运输包装;二是运输过程中的外界环境。危险品的包装具有保护内装产品、方便储运的功能,然而,一旦危险品在运输过程中发生包装破损,则往往会导致运输事故的发生。危险品的包装破损主要包括两种情况:一种情况是包装自身原因导致的,如封口、设计等;另一种是由于外界因素的影响,如温度、湿度等。 本文基于BP神经网络的拓扑结构和特点,通过重点分析道路危险品运输过程中外界因素对危险品包装的影响,进而分析外界因素对于道路危险品运输安全的影响。最终,构建出以运输包装为主其他因素为辅的道路危险品运输安全风险评价体系,,并借助MATLAB仿真模拟软件,验证了风险评价体系的可行性以及实用性。调用训练好的网络对对实例进行风险评价,同时对输出结果进行灵敏度分析以确定各指标对输出结果的影响程度,为风险防范提供理论依据。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of our national economy and the increasing demand of the people , more and more dangerous chemicals have entered people ' s life , so that the flux of dangerous goods increases year by year .
The factors that affect the safety of dangerous goods transportation mainly include two aspects : one is the transport package of dangerous goods ;
secondly , the external environment in the transportation process . The packing of the dangerous goods has the function of protecting the inner packaging products and facilitating the storage and transportation , however , once the dangerous goods are damaged in the transportation process , the transportation accidents are often caused . The packaging and breakage of the dangerous goods mainly comprises two situations : one case is caused by the reasons of the packaging itself , such as sealing , design and the like ;
The other is due to external factors such as temperature , humidity , etc .
In this paper , based on the topological structure and characteristics of BP neural network , the influence of external factors on the safety of dangerous goods transportation is analyzed by analyzing the influence of external factors on the transportation safety of dangerous goods . Finally , the feasibility and practicability of risk evaluation system are verified by using MATLAB simulation software .
