【摘要】：杭州东站站房工程施工规模大、技术难度高、各方主体单位多、安全风险重,工程施工安全环保管理受到社会各界的高度关注。在"六、三、一"安全目标下,工程队组建了完善的安全管理组织体系,并采取了一系列有效措施,将安全标化创建工作不断走向规范化、标准化、精细化。
