木制品加工企业安全生产标准化规范制定

【摘要】：“十一五”期间，国家加大了企业安全生产标准化建设的推进力度，实现了安全生产总体形势持续好转的稳定局面。国务院安委会提出，2012年全面开展安全生产标准化建设，分行业（领域）开展达标验收，成熟一批，评审一批，公告一批，争取在2015年底前实现全面达标。我国是木制品生产、消费和出口大国，木家具、木地板、木门的年产量居世界首位。由于木制品生产的门槛低，造成我国木制品加工企业存在规模小、技术低、环境差、管理落后等问题。特别是随着家居行业的不断发展壮大，木制品家具越来越多的市场需求量要求木制品加工企业通过安全生产标准化来规范其生产、提供更安全的工作环境，从而提高工作效率，保障从业者的安全，满足市场需求。本研究通过大量文献调研，，对比其他行业的标准化规范并结合木制品企业自身特点基本形成了规范的主框架，其后笔者到木制品生产工厂进行实地考察，了解了木制品的加工过程、工作环境以及其中较危险设备的运行情况，制定出木制品加工企业安全生产标准化规范。通过其他行业的标准化推行和评审过程来看，企业进行安全生产标准化建设是非常必要并切实可行的，所以制定木制品加工企业的安全生产标准化规范具有理论和现实意义。
[Abstract]:During the "11th Five-Year Plan", the state increased the promotion of the standardization of production safety in enterprises, and realized the stable situation of the overall situation of safety production.The safety committee of the State Council proposed that in 2012, the construction of standardization of production safety should be carried out in an all-round way, and acceptance of standards should be carried out by industries (fields), mature batch, review batch, announcement batch, and strive to achieve full compliance by the end of 2015.China is a large country in the production, consumption and export of wood products. The annual output of wood furniture, wood flooring and wooden doors ranks first in the world.Because of the low threshold of wood products production, there are some problems such as small scale, low technology, poor environment and backward management of wood products processing enterprises in our country.Especially with the continuous development of the household industry, more and more market demand for wood products furniture requires the woodwork processing enterprises to standardize their production through the standardization of production safety, to provide a safer working environment, and thus to improve working efficiency.To ensure the safety of practitioners and meet market needs.Through a large number of literature research, this study compared the standardization of other industries and combined with the characteristics of wood products enterprises to form the main framework of the norms, and then the author went to the woodwork production factory for field inspection.The processing process, working environment and the operation of dangerous equipment of wood products were understood, and the standardization standard for safe production of wood products processing enterprises was worked out.Through the implementation and evaluation of standardization in other industries, it is very necessary and feasible for enterprises to carry out standardization construction of production safety. Therefore, it is of theoretical and practical significance to formulate standardization norms for production safety in woodwork processing enterprises.
