基于霍尔模型的目视化安全管理系统实施研究

【摘要】:本文以项目研究为出发点,在进行现场调查过程中,发现小微型涉氨制冷企业安全管理水平低,且企业人员教育水平低。根据其人员认知特点,本文提出运用目视化安全管理来改善企业的生产环境,从而提高企业的安全管理水平。本文首先通过文献研究发现目视化管理存在缺乏理论研究、做法经验化、缺乏组织落实和长期管理的问题,即目视化管理缺乏系统的实施方法。正因如此,本文从系统工程的角度,提出基于霍尔模型的目视化安全管理系统实施模型。模型以目视化管理、安全信息认知处理理论、安全信息沟通理论以及霍尔三维模型为理论基础。根据霍尔模型的三个维度,本文构建的目视化安全管理系统实施模型,该模型包含目视化安全管理实施内容维、目视化工具设计维以及目视化安全管理组织落实维三个维度。实施内容侧重于确定目视化安全管理内容的划分,从安全管理要素的角度将实施内容分为人、机、料、法、环五个子系统,从而明确下一步目视化安全管理工具的设计及设置的范围;目视化工具设计维侧重于在确定目视化安全管理对象,即危险及有害因素的基础上,根据企业人员的认知特征,结合企业自身的条件,确定基本要求,继而设计和设置目视化工具;组织落实维则侧重于目视化安全管理工作的展开与持续发挥作用的问题,根据对企业实施目视化安全管理的难点分析,从目视化安全管理的思想植入、分工合作、整理整顿、严格落实以及制度的长期保障几个步骤来开展组织落实维的工作。从上述三个维度展开目视化安全管理的实施,具有科学性和系统性。最后将目视化安全管理系统实施模型应用到小型涉氨冷库企业,用系统科学的指导思想和方法指导工作。应用时,根据企业特征,从目视化安全管理实施系统划分、目视化安全管理指导方案确定以及目视化安全管理组织落地三个维度来开展目视化安全管理的实施。从应用的角度来看,的确取得了很好的效果。
[Abstract]:In this paper, based on the project research, it is found that the safety management level of the small and micro ammonia refrigeration enterprises is low, and the level of personnel education is low.According to the cognitive characteristics of its personnel, this paper puts forward the application of visual safety management to improve the production environment of enterprises, so as to improve the level of safety management of enterprises.Firstly, this paper finds that there are some problems in visual management, such as lack of theoretical research, experience, organization implementation and long-term management, that is, the lack of systematic implementation methods of visual management.Therefore, from the point of view of system engineering, this paper presents a visual security management system implementation model based on Hall model.The model is based on visual management, security information cognitive processing theory, security information communication theory and Hall's three-dimensional model.According to the three dimensions of Hall model, this paper constructs a visual security management system implementation model, which includes three dimensions: visual security management implementation content dimension, visual tool design dimension and visual security management organization implementation dimension.The content of implementation focuses on determining the division of visual safety management content. From the perspective of safety management elements, the implementation content is divided into five subsystems: human, machine, material, law and environment.The design dimension of visual safety management tools is focused on the identification of visual safety management objects, that is, hazard and harmful factors, according to the cognitive characteristics of enterprise personnel.According to the enterprise's own conditions, the basic requirements are determined, and then the visual tools are designed and set, while the organizational implementation dimension focuses on the development and continuous role of visual security management.Based on the analysis of the difficulties in the implementation of visual safety management in enterprises, this paper puts forward several steps to carry out the organizational implementation of safety management from the following steps: the idea of visual safety management, the division of work and cooperation, the arrangement and rectification, the strict implementation and the long-term guarantee of the system.The implementation of visual security management from the above three dimensions is scientific and systematic.Finally, the implementation model of visual safety management system is applied to the small ammonia cold storage enterprises, and the guiding ideology and methods of system science are used to guide the work.In application, according to the characteristics of enterprises, the implementation of visual security management is carried out from three dimensions: the system division of visual security management implementation, the determination of visual security management guidance scheme and the landing of visual security management organization.From the point of view of application, it has achieved very good results.
