晋银尾矿库安全监测系统的设计与实现

【摘要】:为了使尾矿库的管理更加科学,同时也是响应国家安监局的要求,越来越多的尾矿库企业都选择建设数字化的尾矿库安全监测系统。本文设计的晋银尾矿库安全监测系统,实现了对尾矿库的全面监测,能够实时显示监测数据,并根据尾矿库的实际运行情况进行多级联网预警和报警功能,进而可以综合评价尾矿库的安全状况。 本文首先介绍了尾矿库监测的发展背景和研究意义,并对国内外的尾矿监测技术进行了深入分析和比较。其次,从监测系统的需求分析着手,围绕实时在线监测和安全评价这两个目标,对晋银尾矿库安全监测系统的需求进行了详细研究和分析,介绍了系统的功能需求并设计了数据库的概念数据模型。第三,为了使系统整体处理业务能力更强,在系统设计上采用功能模块分布式管理和采用多层架构的方式,以实现不同层次间数据交互的灵活性和高效性,充分发挥了B/S模式的架构优势。该监测系统管理软件主要由系统管理、实时监测、数据分析、安全评价和数据导出五个功能模块组成。其中实时监测是该系统的重点模块,该模块不仅分别对坝体形变、降雨量、库水位、干滩和浸润线进行监测,同时也要对有工人活动的库区生产场所进行实时视频监控。最后,系统实现了对晋银尾矿库的实时在线监测和安全评价的最终设计目标,并已交付使用。经过一段时期的实际运行结果表明,晋银尾矿库安全监测系统运行稳定,监测数据准确,并能对潜在的危险进行预警,对尾矿库的安全运行管理取得了积极的成效。
[Abstract]:In order to make the management of tailings reservoir more scientific, and also in response to the requirements of the State Safety and Supervision Bureau, more and more tailings warehouse enterprises choose to build a digital safety monitoring system for the tailings reservoir.The security monitoring system of Jinyin tailings reservoir designed in this paper realizes the comprehensive monitoring of the tailings reservoir, and can display the monitoring data in real time, and carry out multilevel network warning and alarm functions according to the actual operation of the tailings reservoir.Furthermore, the safety condition of tailing reservoir can be comprehensively evaluated.This paper first introduces the development background and research significance of tailings reservoir monitoring, and makes a deep analysis and comparison of tailings monitoring technology at home and abroad.Secondly, starting from the requirement analysis of the monitoring system, focusing on the two objectives of real-time on-line monitoring and safety evaluation, the requirements of the security monitoring system of Jinyin tailings reservoir are studied and analyzed in detail.The functional requirements of the system are introduced and the conceptual data model of the database is designed.Third, in order to make the system more capable of handling business, the system design adopts the distributed management of functional modules and multi-tier architecture to realize the flexibility and efficiency of data interaction between different levels.Give full play to the advantages of the B / S model.The monitoring system management software consists of five functional modules: system management, real-time monitoring, data analysis, security evaluation and data export.Real-time monitoring is the key module of the system. This module not only monitors the dam deformation, rainfall, reservoir water level, dry beach and infiltration line, but also monitors the production sites with workers' activities.Finally, the final design goal of real-time on-line monitoring and safety evaluation of Jinyin tailings reservoir is realized, and has been put into use.After a period of practical operation, the results show that the safety monitoring system of Jinyin tailings reservoir is stable, the monitoring data is accurate, and the potential danger can be early warning, and the safety operation management of the tailings reservoir has achieved positive results.
