减振复合板动力学特性的实验研究及数值分析

【摘要】:减振复合板是由金属板材与阻尼层复合而成,因此既具有金属基材高强度的特性,又具有高分子聚合物特有的高阻尼性的特点。采用减振复合板进行减振降噪,在现代机械设备和工程结构中得到了越来越广泛的应用。因此,研究减振复合板的动力学特性具有重要意义。 本文在对粘弹性材料的基本特性进行分析的基础上,对减振复合板开展了实验研究。根据国家标准GB/T16406-1996和美国材料与试验学会标准ASTME756-98中对粘弹性复合结构的性能测试要求,自主开发了一套测试系统。分别采用自由梁法和悬臂梁法对减振复合板试样进行了动力学性能分析,其测试结果具有较好的一致性。在此基础上,对不同的厚度比、温度及不同阻尼层材料成分对减振复合板动力学性能的影响进行了研究。测试结果对减振复合板减振性能的评价具有重要意义,为减振复合板的合理开发及运用提供了依据。 运用有限元法对减振复合板进行了数值分析。根据减振复合板的特性参数,采用参数化建模方法在ANSYS中建立与实验试样相应的有限元模型。应用模态应变能法分析了不同阻尼层厚度对复合板固有频率及损耗因子的影响,并运用ANSYS一阶方法对减振复合板的厚度进行优化分析,得出了最佳目标函数,为减振复合板的合理设计提供一定的指导。
[Abstract]:The damping composite plate is composed of metal plate and damping layer, so it not only has the characteristics of high strength of metal substrate, but also has the characteristic of high damping characteristic of polymer.It is widely used in modern mechanical equipment and engineering structures to reduce vibration and noise by using damping composite plate.Therefore, it is of great significance to study the dynamic characteristics of the damping composite plate.Based on the analysis of the basic properties of viscoelastic materials, an experimental study on vibration absorption composite plates is carried out in this paper.According to the requirements of the national standard GB/T16406-1996 and the American Society of Materials and testing Standard ASTME756-98 for testing the properties of viscoelastic composite structures, a test system was developed.The dynamic properties of the composite plate were analyzed by the free beam method and the cantilever beam method, respectively, and the test results were in good agreement.On this basis, the effects of different thickness ratio, temperature and material composition of damping layer on the dynamic properties of damping composite plate were studied.The test results are of great significance to the evaluation of the vibration absorption performance of the damping composite plate and provide the basis for the rational development and application of the damping composite plate.The finite element method is used to analyze the vibration absorption composite plate.According to the characteristic parameters of the damping composite plate, the finite element model corresponding to the experimental sample is established in ANSYS by the parametric modeling method.The influence of different damping layer thickness on the natural frequency and loss factor of composite plate is analyzed by using modal strain energy method. The optimum objective function is obtained by using ANSYS first order method to optimize the thickness of damping composite plate.It provides some guidance for the reasonable design of damping composite plate.
