煤矿井下矿井水本安化防御体系研究及应用

【摘要】:国内外对矿井水的处理和利用有着广泛的研究和实践,已取得了许多成果,但由于煤炭矿井水成份的复杂性和所处地域的特殊性等因素,致使现有的处理与回用工艺技术还不够完善和成熟,仅局限在地面处理,没有把水害防御和生产活动的供排水有效结合,井下水系统管理水平较低。如何将煤矿井下供、排、处理水进行有机转化和合理的调控,建立本安化防御体系,实现节能减排、消除水害是煤矿井下水综合利用的难题。 本文在研究矿井水井下循环系统、供水管网优化系统、矿井水井下处理及净化技术基础上,设计给出了由排水系统、供水系统、深度水处理系统和计算机地面远程控制系统组成的矿井水本安化防御管理体系总体方案;以济宁某矿井三采采空区为本系统实施现场,给出了超大容量水仓的设计方案及实施方案;在济宁某矿现有的kj95系统及井下分站基础上,设计开发了井下供水系统管网在线监测系统;以SIEMENS公司的S7-200系列PLC为主控制器,在国产MCGS组态软件监控平台上,设计开发出主排水系统的远程监控用户应用系统。最终以组态王6.53作总的整体平台,将多个子系统的实时数据作为数据源,统一存储,,统一管理,统一发布,统一显示,实现了离散系统的统一整合。 该项目投入使用以来,经过半年时间的运行,工作正常、稳定可靠,成功解决了矿井水的排放、疏导和井下深度水处理,杜绝了因井下供水不足而造成的停产事故,有效减少了矿井水的提升电费及地面环境污染,取得了明显的经济效益和社会效益。该系统具有较高的推广应用价值。
[Abstract]:The treatment and utilization of mine water at home and abroad have been extensively studied and practiced, and many achievements have been made. However, due to the complexity of the composition of coal mine water and the particularity of the region in which the coal mine water is located,As a result, the existing technology of treatment and reuse is not perfect and mature, only confined to surface treatment, without the effective combination of water disaster prevention and production activities, and the management level of underground water system is low.How to supply, drain and treat water in coal mine is a difficult problem for comprehensive utilization of underground water in coal mine, such as organic transformation and reasonable control, establishment of Anhua defense system, realization of energy saving and emission reduction, and elimination of water hazard.Based on the study of the circulation system under the mine well, the optimization system of the water supply pipe network, the treatment and purification technology under the mine well, the design of the drainage system and the water supply system are given in this paper.The overall scheme of mine water safety protection management system composed of advanced water treatment system and computer remote control system is put into practice in this system, which is based on the three mining goaf of a certain mine in Jining.Based on the existing kj95 system and underground sub-station of a certain mine in Jining, the on-line monitoring system of underground water supply system pipe network is designed and developed, and the S7-200 series PLC of SIEMENS Company is used as the main controller.The remote monitoring and controlling user application system of main drainage system is designed and developed on the domestic MCGS configuration software monitoring platform.Finally, taking Kingview 6.53 as the overall platform, the real-time data of several subsystems are taken as data sources, which are stored, managed, released and displayed uniformly, and the unified integration of discrete system is realized.Since the project was put into use, after six months of operation, the work is normal, stable and reliable. It has successfully solved the problem of mine water discharge, dredging and deep underground water treatment, and put an end to the stoppage accidents caused by insufficient underground water supply.It can effectively reduce the electricity consumption and surface environmental pollution of mine water, and obtain obvious economic and social benefits.The system has high value of popularization and application.
