改性活性炭表面特性及其对甲烷吸附性能的影响

【摘要】:为了实现煤矿上隅角乏风瓦斯的资源化利用,分别使用硝酸盐、氨水及氢氧化钠对椰壳活性炭进行改性,并使用改性后的活性炭对低浓度瓦斯进行真空变压吸附,考察了经不同物质改性的活性炭的结构变化及其对甲烷的吸附性能。研究结果表明,经硝酸盐、氨水及氢氧化钠改性后的活性炭对煤矿乏风瓦斯的吸附性能均有一定程度提高。对比实验发现,经过氢氧化钠改性的活性炭对甲烷的吸附效果最好,当氢氧化钠浓度为2 mol/L、浸渍温度为60℃时,其穿透吸附量提高了105.5%。
[Abstract]:In order to realize the utilization of waste air gas in the upper corner of coal mine, coconut shell activated carbon was modified by nitrate, ammonia and sodium hydroxide, and the low concentration gas was adsorbed by vacuum pressure swing adsorption with modified activated carbon. The structure changes of activated carbon modified by different substances and its adsorption properties for methane were investigated. The results show that the adsorption properties of activated carbon modified by nitrate, ammonia and sodium hydroxide are improved to some extent. The experimental results show that the activated carbon modified by sodium hydroxide has the best adsorption effect on methane.
