高瓦斯煤层群开采卸压瓦斯抽采技术研究

【摘要】:我国西北地区煤炭资源丰富、埋藏浅、煤层厚度大,但层数多,且多为煤层群开采。开采过程中,上下邻近层瓦斯涌向开采层工作面和采空区,对工作面瓦斯治理带来新的影响。 研究煤层群开采条件下采动瓦斯分布规律,可以为采动瓦斯涌出后对瓦斯抽放提供理论依据。而研究不同条件下采空区上覆岩层的变形破坏规律,确定采动上覆岩石“三带”的范围,是掌握采动瓦斯流动规律并最终进行采动瓦斯抽放的关键和前提。 论文依托内蒙古科技厅重大项目“乌达矿区高瓦斯矿井瓦斯抽采技术及综合利用研究”,,以乌达矿区五虎山煤矿生产实际为基础,针对煤层群开采条件下采动卸压瓦斯赋存规律和治理技术为研究对象,主要研究内容如下: (1)通过理论分析,收集相关现场资料,建立煤层群开采的数值模型,利用有限差分软件对模型进行求解计算,研究煤层群开采过程中采动空间应力分布规律。 (2)利用数值模拟的结果,观察上覆岩层各固定观察点在工作面推进一定距离后该点的受力及位移曲线,确定试验工作面“三区”、“三带”范围。 (3)对工作面推进过程中的瓦斯涌出进行分析,并对工作面瓦斯涌出量进行预测,根据预测结果分析工作面瓦斯来源。 (4)根据分析结果实施本煤层预抽、邻近层卸压瓦斯抽采、采空区瓦斯抽采等综合瓦斯治理措施,并选择有代表性的区域,对钻孔抽采瓦斯参数进行考察,验证治理措施的有效性。
[Abstract]:The northwest region of China is rich in coal resources, shallow buried, large thickness of coal seam, but many layers, and most of them are mined by coal seam group. In the process of mining, the gas from the upper and lower adjacent strata flows to the mining face and goaf, which has a new influence on the gas control of the working face. The study on the distribution of mining gas under the condition of coal seam group mining can provide a theoretical basis for gas drainage after mining gas emission. To study the deformation and failure law of overlying strata in goaf under different conditions and to determine the range of "three zones" of overlying rock in mining are the key and prerequisite for mastering the law of gas flow in mining and finally for gas drainage in mining. This paper relies on the important project of Inner Mongolia Science and Technology Department, "study on Gas drainage Technology and Comprehensive Utilization of High Gas Mine in Wuda Mining area", based on the actual production of Wuhushan Coal Mine in Wuda Mining area. The main contents are as follows: (1) aiming at the rule of occurrence and control technology of mining pressure relief gas under the condition of coal seam group mining, the main research contents are as follows: 1) through theoretical analysis, collecting relevant field data, the numerical model of coal seam group mining is established, and the model is solved by finite difference software, and the spatial stress distribution in mining process of coal seam group is studied. 2) by using the results of numerical simulation, the stress and displacement curves of the fixed observation points of overlying strata at a certain distance from the working face are observed, and the "three zones" and "three zones" of the test face are determined. 3) analyze the gas emission in the working face, predict the gas emission, and analyze the gas source according to the forecast result. According to the analysis results, comprehensive gas treatment measures such as pre-drainage of coal seam, unpressurized gas extraction in adjacent strata and gas drainage in goaf are carried out, and the parameters of gas extraction from boreholes are investigated by selecting representative areas. Verify the effectiveness of governance measures.
