埋管抽采条件下采空区“三带”分布规律研究

【摘要】:煤的自燃不仅会引起矿井火灾的发生,对煤矿的安全生产造成威胁,破坏自然环境并造成环境污染和自然资源的浪费,而且在自燃的过程中会释放大量的热量和有毒的气体进而会造成井下作业人员的伤亡和经济损失。根据自燃“三带”的划分指标将采空区由外向里依次划分为散热带、氧化升温带和窒息带等“三带”,并形成了自燃“三带”的相关理论,将自燃“三带”的划分与埋管抽采条件下的瓦斯的抽采相结合判断采空区的自然发火情况。通过理论分析、实验室实验、现场测试等手段研究埋管抽放条件下采空区自燃“三带”的分布情况,研究结果为采空区防灭火提供依据。通过对煤的自燃及采空区自燃“三带”的理论分析,深入分析了采空区瓦斯抽放与自燃耦合理论。从瓦斯的抽采和渗流理论提出了埋管抽采条件下瓦斯运移规律。通过煤的升温氧化实验得到了煤在升温过程中的气体释放规律,并选择了CO气体为适合煤自燃发火的指标气体,能为采空区的自然发火提供预测。在现场的瓦斯埋管测试中,通过划分自燃“三带”的指标:氧气浓度和温度将采空区内监测的数据进行划分,得到实际的自燃“三带”的具体范围。通过划分出采空区自燃“三带”的范围,依据煤的升温氧化实验选择CO为煤自燃的指标气体,通过监测自燃“三带”中升温氧化带的CO浓度而判断相应的遗煤温度,就能得知采空区的自然发火情况,提出符合实际的防灭火措施,为矿井的安全生产提供必要的保证。
[Abstract]:The spontaneous combustion of coal will not only cause the occurrence of mine fire, but also threaten the safe production of coal mine, destroy the natural environment and cause environmental pollution and waste of natural resources. In the process of spontaneous combustion, a great deal of heat and poisonous gas will be released, which will result in casualties and economic losses of underground operators. According to the division index of "three zones" of spontaneous combustion, the goaf is divided into three zones, such as heat dissipation zone, oxidation heating zone and asphyxiation zone, and the theory of "three zones" of spontaneous combustion is formed. The classification of "three zones" of spontaneous combustion and the extraction of gas under the condition of buried pipe extraction are combined to judge the spontaneous combustion in goaf. The distribution of "three zones" of spontaneous combustion in goaf under the condition of buried pipe pumping is studied by means of theoretical analysis, laboratory experiments and field tests. The results provide the basis for the prevention and fire extinguishing of goaf. Based on the theoretical analysis of the "three zones" of spontaneous combustion of coal and goaf, the coupling theory of gas drainage and spontaneous combustion in goaf is analyzed. Based on the theory of gas drainage and seepage, the law of gas migration under the condition of buried pipe drainage is put forward. Through the experiment of coal heating and oxidation, the gas release law of coal in the process of heating up is obtained, and the CO gas is selected as the index gas suitable for spontaneous combustion of coal, which can provide prediction for spontaneous combustion in goaf. In the field test of gas buried pipe, by dividing the index of "three zones" of spontaneous combustion: oxygen concentration and temperature, the monitoring data in goaf are divided, and the concrete range of "three zones" of actual spontaneous combustion is obtained. By dividing out the range of "three zones" of spontaneous combustion in goaf, according to the experiment of coal heating oxidation, CO is selected as the index gas of spontaneous combustion of coal, and the corresponding residual coal temperature is judged by monitoring the concentration of CO in the heating oxidation zone in the "three zones" of spontaneous combustion. It is possible to know the spontaneous combustion in goaf, and put forward some practical measures to prevent and extinguish fire, which can provide the necessary guarantee for the safety of mine production.
