罗茨铁矿技改工程通风系统优化研究

【摘要】:罗茨铁矿地采前期工程(13a以前)开采近10个中段,致使通风巷道分布错综复杂、通风线路过长、漏风较大等,从而使用风地点供风越来越困难,原有的通风系统不能满足现在技改工程生产区的生产需要。因此,十分有必要对罗茨铁矿技改工程进行通风优化研究。 根据矿方所提供的必要的基础性资料,本文深入了解了技改工程采矿方法,并对技改工程开拓系统、生产任务和布局等进行研究,从而利用3Dvent绘制技改工程通风系统网络图;确定技改工程需风量和总风量后,本文对其风量集中的通风巷道进行断面优化,并结合该矿的开拓系统和采矿方法,拟定了三对六个通风可行性方案,并运用3Dvent对各方案进行网络解算。 本文建立了一个相对合理简练并适合该矿通风系统特点的评价指标体系,并对传统的层次分析法进行改进,提出模糊层次分析法,并选用基于梯形模糊数的模糊层次分析法确定各指标的权重;本文利用隶属度法和相对二元比较法分别对定量指标和定性指标进行属性赋值,并对传统模糊综合评价法进行改进,引进灰色系统理论理念,求出各方案的综合评价值,进而确定方案三~扩刷为最优方案;本文运用Markov过程、冷储备可修复系统等理论对方案三~扩刷的以主要通风机DK40-8-No25-35/30为核心的主要通风机系统进行可靠性分析,并给出相应建议。 本文通过对罗茨铁矿技改工程通风系统的优化,对技改工程通风系统前期运转提供依据,对实际生产具有指导意义;在优化过程中,本文建立了一个新的通风系统方案优选模型,对通风系统优化的进一步研究有一定的积极意义。
[Abstract]:About 10 middle sections of Roots iron mine were mined in the early stage of mining, which resulted in complicated distribution of ventilation roadways, long ventilation lines, large air leakage, etc. As a result, it is becoming more and more difficult to use wind sites to supply air. The original ventilation system can not meet the production needs of the current technical transformation project production area. Therefore, it is necessary to study the ventilation optimization of the technical reform project of Roots Iron Mine. According to the necessary basic information provided by the mine, this paper deeply understands the mining method of the technical reform project, and studies the system, production task and layout of the technical reform project, so as to draw the network diagram of the ventilation system of the technical reform project by using 3Dvent. After determining the required air volume and the total air volume of the technical reform project, this paper optimizes the section of the ventilation roadway with concentrated air volume, and in combination with the development system and mining method of the mine, draws up three pairs and six ventilation feasibility schemes. And use 3Dvent to carry on network solution to each scheme. In this paper, a relatively reasonable and concise evaluation index system suitable for the characteristics of ventilation system in the mine is established, and the traditional analytic hierarchy process is improved, and the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process is put forward. The weight of each index is determined by fuzzy analytic hierarchy process based on trapezoid fuzzy number. The traditional fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is improved, the grey system theory is introduced, the comprehensive evaluation value of each scheme is obtained, and the scheme 3 ~ extension is determined as the optimal scheme. The theory of cold reserve repairable system is used to analyze the reliability of the main fan system with the main fan DK40-8-No25-35/30 as the core, and the corresponding suggestions are given. By optimizing the ventilation system of the technical transformation project of Roots Iron Mine, this paper provides the basis for the early operation of the ventilation system of the technical reform project, and has guiding significance for the actual production. In this paper, a new optimization model of ventilation system scheme is established, which has certain positive significance for further study of ventilation system optimization.
