煤矿井下无轨股轮车监控系统主站研究

【摘要】:煤矿井下无轨胶轮午是煤矿辅助运输系统的重要设备,大量无轨胶轮车的使用使得井下辅助运输系统变得复杂难控,容易造成井下交通阻塞,极端情况下引起运输事故。现有的无轨胶轮车监控和调度系统功能简单,难以满足煤矿对无轨胶轮车监控和调度的需求。针对以上问题本文研究如下:首先,分析了煤矿井下巷道的基本布局和结构,设计了无轨胶轮车监控系统的总体方案、无轨胶轮车数据采集网络,并对主要设备进行选型。其次,研究了井下无轨胶轮车运行规则,按照胶轮车的运行规则将主要监控设备布置到巷道合适的位置;对煤矿井下常用无轨胶轮车进行了分类编号;设计了由车辆尺寸参数和巷道结构参数确定的控制策略。再次,使用S7-315 2PN/DPPLC作为主站控制器,设计了控剌主站与控制分站之间的通讯协议,编写了主站与分站之间的以太网通讯程序:设计并编写了无轨胶轮车运行数据提取程序和对无轨胶轮车数量控制程序:利用WinCC组态软件设计控制主站的参数设置画面、运行主画面、运行数据查询画面和报警查询画面,将胶轮车监控画面发布到移动网络,使用移动设备查看监控系统的运行情况。最后,模拟煤矿井下巷道的布置,搭建胶轮车模拟实验平台、控制分站实验平台、控制主站实验平台,对无轨胶轮车监控系统进行模拟调试,采集无轨胶轮车实验平台的数据并进行显示。
[Abstract]:The underground trackless rubber wheel is an important equipment in the auxiliary transportation system of coal mine. The use of a large number of trackless rubber wheels makes the underground auxiliary transportation system become complex and difficult to control, which can easily cause underground traffic jam and lead to transportation accidents in extreme cases. The existing monitoring and dispatching system of trackless rubber wheel car has simple function, so it is difficult to meet the requirement of monitoring and dispatching of trackless rubber wheel car in coal mine. The research of this paper is as follows: firstly, the basic layout and structure of underground roadway are analyzed, the overall scheme of trackless rubber wheel vehicle monitoring system, the data collection network of trackless rubber wheel vehicle are designed, and the main equipment is selected. Secondly, the operating rules of underground trackless rubber wheel vehicle are studied, and the main monitoring equipment is arranged to the appropriate position of roadway according to the running rules of rubber wheel car, and the common trackless rubber wheel car in coal mine is classified and numbered. The control strategy determined by vehicle dimension parameters and roadway structure parameters is designed. Thirdly, using S7-315 2PN/DPPLC as main station controller, the communication protocol between master station and control sub-station is designed. The ethernet communication program between the main station and the sub-station is written. The program for extracting the running data of the trackless rubber wheel car and the control program for the quantity of the trackless rubber wheel vehicle are designed and written. The parameters setting screen of the main station is designed by using the WinCC configuration software. The main screen, the data query screen and the alarm query screen are run, the monitoring screen of the rubber wheel car is published to the mobile network, and the running condition of the monitoring system is checked by the mobile device. Finally, the layout of underground roadway is simulated, the simulation experimental platform of rubber wheel car is built, the experimental platform of control sub-station is controlled, the experimental platform of main station is controlled, and the monitoring system of trackless rubber wheel car is simulated and debugged. The data of the trackless rubber wheel vehicle experimental platform are collected and displayed.
