【摘要】：基于目前公司对员工健康和工作环境的关心，以及世界上对噪声治理的迫切需要，根据吉林石化公司乙二醇厂、污水处理厂车间噪声超标的现实问题，并结合两个厂的具体情况进行了此方案设计。本文主要是先从理论上对噪声的危害及测量进行了论述，，然后根据实际情况对两个厂的噪声源进行了测量和设计，测量分析了治理前噪声强度与特性、产生的机理,找出了噪声产生的主要原因,采取了隔音板和吸声材料相结合的方式对进行治理，并且对机器的电机也采取了半封闭式的隔音板进行了治理，通过上述噪声治理措施，解决了氮压机和鼓风机厂房内噪声长期超标的实际问题。
[Abstract]:In view of the company's concern for the health and working environment of its employees and the urgent need for noise control in the world, according to the actual problem of excessive noise in the ethylene glycol plant and sewage treatment plant of Jilin Petrochemical Company, And combined with the specific conditions of the two plants to carry out the project design. This paper mainly discusses the harm and measurement of noise in theory, then measures and designs the noise sources of the two factories according to the actual situation, measures and analyzes the noise intensity and characteristics before treatment, and the mechanism of noise generation. The main causes of noise are found out, the method of combining sound insulation board with sound absorbing material is adopted to control the noise, and the machine motor is treated with semi-closed sound barrier board, which is treated by the above noise control measures. The practical problem of long-term exceeding the standard of noise in the room of nitrogen press and blower factory has been solved.
