习惯领域对煤矿突发事件应急能力影响作用分析

【摘要】：为了分析在煤矿安全管理过程中企业员工行为习惯的积极和阻碍作用,根据习惯领域和安全管理的特征,提出了习惯领域对煤矿突发事件应急能力影响作用的理论模型,采用结构方程模型实证研究了该理论模型。研究结果表明:习惯领域各要素之间具有显著的相互作用,且都对煤矿突发事件应急能力有显著的正向作用关系,人员惯域、管理惯域与煤矿突发事件应急能力对应急管理绩效均有显著的正向作用,习惯领域各要素通过中介变量应急能力对应急管理绩效也有显著的正向作用。
[Abstract]:In order to analyze the positive and hindering effect of employees' behavior habit in the process of coal mine safety management, according to the characteristics of habit field and safety management, a theoretical model of the influence of habit field on coal mine emergency response ability is put forward. The structural equation model is used to study the theoretical model. The results show that there is a significant interaction among the elements in the habit field, and all of them have a significant positive relationship to the emergency response capacity of coal mines. The ability of emergency response in management inertia area and coal mine has a significant positive effect on the performance of emergency management, and every element of habit field has a significant positive effect on the performance of emergency management through mediating variable emergency response ability.
