井下机电硐室智能微气候围护结构的设计与应用

【摘要】:为给高温机电硐室内作业人员提供良好的作业环境,设计出智能微气候围护结构。其主体是由隔热板组成的长方体,作用元件有:涡流管、温度传感器、PLC(可编程逻辑控制器)、电磁阀。围护结构内部降温以压缩空气为能量源,经涡流管将冷量输入结构内,经温度传感器、PLC、电磁阀联合作用对结构内温度智能控制,能够有效将内部空气温度控制在人体最舒适温度区域。实践表明,智能微气候围护结构内空气温度保持在23.6~25.2℃之间,处于人体最适温度区域,大大提高作业人员对作业环境的满意度。
[Abstract]:In order to provide a good working environment for indoor operators of high temperature electromechanical chambers, an intelligent microclimate enclosure structure was designed. The main body is a cuboid made up of heat insulation board, the acting elements are: Eddy current tube, temperature sensor PLC (Programmable Logic Controller), solenoid valve. The internal cooling of the enclosure takes compressed air as the energy source, the cooling rate is fed into the structure through the vortex tube, and the temperature inside the structure is controlled intelligently by the combined action of the temperature sensor PLC and the solenoid valve. Can effectively control the internal air temperature in the body's most comfortable temperature area.
