救生舱内气压变化规律试验研究

【摘要】：通过理论计算与真人试验相结合的方式,对救生舱内气压变化规律进行了研究。分析了救生舱在完全密闭条件下舱内气压的3个影响因素:氧气、二氧化碳以及温度,并从变化过程与前后状态两个方面,分别提出了气压-时间、气压-状态两种计算救生舱内气压的方法。通过10人9 h真人试验得出了救生舱内气压、氧气、二氧化碳以及温度随时间的变化曲线,最后将试验数据与理论计算值进行了对比,验证了两种气压公式的正确性。最终利用所得公式预测出救生舱内气压出现的最大值为8 718 Pa,为防水型救生舱的设计提供了边界条件。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the variation of air pressure in the lifebuoy is studied by combining the theoretical calculation with the real man test. In this paper, three factors affecting the air pressure in the cabin under the condition of complete airtight are analyzed: oxygen, carbon dioxide and temperature, and the barometric time is put forward from the two aspects of the changing process and the state before and after, respectively. Air pressure-two methods for calculating the pressure in a lifebuoy. The variation curves of air pressure, oxygen, carbon dioxide and temperature with time were obtained by 10 people and 9 hours real person test. Finally, the experimental data were compared with the theoretical calculation values, and the correctness of the two pressure formulas was verified. Finally, the maximum pressure in the lifebuoy is 8 718 Pa, which provides the boundary conditions for the design of the waterproof lifebuoy.
